It look totally different from pictures when I arrived. So I was ready to cancel and get refunded until I ask if I can look at room . He gave me the key to look at room and the room was nice and clean and just has an older look it as for the furniture. So I kept the room and my stay was nice and quiet.

If you’re going north and trying to get off the interstate it’s hard to turn into parking lot, you’re have to go make a block and come around back. The best thing to do is get off one exit early and stay on service road and you can turn easily.

I messed up on my reservation and came a night early. Finding out they did everything they could to get things right and got me a room for that extra night at a reduced price and made it seamless making my 7 nights stay easy and affordable. Everything was clean, the ladies cleaned Tuesday and Friday which I liked that I knew when they were cleaning. Lots.of parking that was well lit making me feel safe. Loved the staff everyone was friendly and I always got greeted by every staff member.

People hanging out by the door I came in smoking. I'm guessing either taking a break or waiting to pick someone up from work. I'm not a fan of smoking.

Everything was great except for non handicap people parking in handicap spots im a disabled vet an the rntry door in back was close to my room I was elated about that but then everybody was parking in the handicap that didn't have handicap stickers the parking spot was double parked at times. Cars were pulled too far forward it was almost a fire hazard to get out of the door cars were so close .hotels need to do better and keeping people out of handicap parking put up signage put all verbal notice when they check in and actually follow up with their license plates connecting to the room so they can tell people to move their cars or have a company come in and ticket them very aggravating people are lazy in this world

The Lady Who Checked Us In, Stole My Card Information and Waited About A Week Later but No More Then 10-Days. & Used My Personal Card Information to Order Showmax, Netflix & Spotify off Of My Card, It’s Still An Investigation Going On With My Bank !! As Of Now !! That’s Not a Good Look, Outside Of This the Hotel Was Pretty Much Ok. - Just Be Careful On Your Personal Information when Using Your Card !!

My stay was good there the room was clean and the staff was kind easy check in and check out.

The housekeepers were not friendly at all I was checking out and accidently locked my purse in my room when I was loading my stuff on the cart outside my room and they treated me like I was a criminal when I asked them to open my room for me. They dont smile either.

Everything was very nice - soft pillows, clean sheets. The In and Out place next door came in so handy!

It was fine. You might want to reconsider the lighting. Those super-white (almost fluorescent) bulbs are hard on the mind and eyes (especially at night - Yeow!) - perhaps some 'soft white' bulbs? You might like to include somewhere (maybe on your desk(s), a writing pad perhaps, a pencil - In case someone might like to jot something down? And, also somewhere to print something out from one's computer. You asked!

- Bathroom is on the smaller side, but the lighted mirror and the full length mirror on the bathroom door make up for it - Intermittently noisy through no fault of the hotel. Unfortunately, we were stuck with a connecting room. Usually, it wouldn’t bother me. However, the neighbors were very noisy and we could hear them through the connecting door. Also, they were part of a large group and would hang around in the hallway chatting loudly. Due to a Booking.com update, I can only post 4 photos although I’d like to share more.

Great Location. Nearby to all the places I needed to go. Grocery store less than 10mins up the road and restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was a bit outdated but at least the hot water worked so I’m not complaining. I plan on booking again in the summer. The view of the pool by my window was tempting. I like that the had brochures in the lobby to the places I wanted to go to and gave more insight on it. It was very helpful

Wifi needs HUGE improvements. I have no other complaints tbh.

I was startled to find I was given a wrong key to my room, the following Day the elevator floor was completely sticky. They don’t have a janitor at night or early morning. But the staff was excellent in resolving immediately. I felt the daily charge was too much for the location. The TV was the worst no way to download our apps. Overall the disable parking was convenient.
