The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious — exactly what I was hoping for after a long day of travel. Staff was very professional and efficient. They got me into the room prior to check in time as I was exhausted from being at the airport due to the massive tech software meltdown that left thousands stranded and standing online for trying to re-book flights and such. I was one of those such persons. My room was well cooled, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved my mini suite! It was just what I needed after the day that I had.

There was absolutely nothing there that I didn't like. Everything met my expectations.

The place was very nice, kept clean and very friendly comfortable service. I didn’t expect the size of the hotel room! was a very good size! the door closing going into the two beds i liked that, felt like we were able to get a good peaceful, quiet uninterrupted stay! I would definitely book here again! the shuttle was awesome! everyone was great! good choice snacks and water in the lobby. and the breakfast was really good too! overall very nice stay! the area was nice too! some parts, questionable but overall felt very safe! very clean. super close to the airport! the beds were also very comfortable, pillows as well. had enough towels, hand towels! I really enjoyed my stay here!

the hot tub wasn’t working during my stay which isn’t any thing crazy but I looked forward to it! and on the last day the waffles didn’t cook all the way to the time it said to cook them for. was a little doughy on the inside! but they were very good the whole stay really and had other options for us to choose from to eat!! Hour walk from the bus line, 10 min car ride to bus line.

Conveniently located to the DFW Airport. It's about a 10-min drive away. The free breakfast was a nice bonus

The airport shuttle bus took almost 45-min to arrive. It was around 11:30 PM. The airport was rather quiet. Thus, we didn't think we'd have to wait so long. But the shuttle services several hotels in the same location. So, ithe shuttle gets full (seats about 11 people) very quickly. If we knew the shuttle would take so long, we would've just took a taxi or Uber (about $24).

The property exceeded my expectations.

At booking time I requested for late checkout which was confirmed. Upon arrival I was told I could have 2 hours extra as checkout was 11AM although the hotel placard says checkout is 12PM. On departure day at 1130, 2 housekeeping team team member asked me to leave the room no later 1230 as they were due to knock off.

Bed was super comfy, location was good near DFW airport. Staff was very responsive and helpful.

Same boring breakfast every day for my stay of 7 nights. They could have added some variety. for example, each day they serve scrambled eggs and pork patties. i think they could have used pork patties one day and chicken patties on alternate days to add some variety. They could have added some butter croissant and chocolate croissant in breakfast on alternate days. Breakfast was most disappointing for me and for my colleagues who flew from California and stayed in same hotel. Water bottles and dental kits have to be purchased by paying cash since they don't charge it to your room number which for me is bit inconvenient. Ideally, they should consider adding bill of water bottles and dental kit to the room charges.
