Very friendly staff and great atmosphere with a clean room. The shuttle bus to the DFW airport was reserved, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was provided with a variety of food and drinks. Coffee was provided in the room.

The arrangement of the room was inconvenient as the king bed was against the wall on one side and the TV was off-center from the bed. The sheets on the bed had a black ink pen-looking marking about a foot long. The pad under the bottom sheet was clean, but it had a large, round stain in the middle that resembled a previous urine stain. The staff immediately provided clean sheets without question, so no problems ensued.

Our suite was very clean and our beds were very comfortable!!! Also the complimentary breakfast tasted very good. 😍😋🍱

Our air-conditioner wasn't blowing out cool air so it wasn't as cold in the room as I would have like it to have been, but I called down to the front desk and the guy working the front desk came immediately to check out the air conditioner and he was so sweet and kind he brought us a fan to cool our room off. He was very polite and great customer service. I will definitely make the Comfort Suites my Hotel of choice when I'm back in Grapevine, because they have comfy beds and very clean rooms, delicious complimentary breakfast and excellent customer service!!! 🤗💖

Great breakfast! Location perfect! Always able to locate carts for luggage ❗️ All staff especially Daniella & Teddy ( transportation) were magnificent!

1) Jet sprays in spa tub didn’t work The bathroom faucet kept dripping in tub as well as the water temp dial loose. Also the hook on back door loose. 2) As an elderly on fixed budget I wish there was special discount. The booking .com helped lower price for for 2 nites but when I erroneously booked the 3rd nite thru hotel itself price seemed to go up ‼️🤷🏻‍♀️

The room size allowed.me the freedom to alternate between the bed and the sofa so I didn't feel confined. Breakfast consisted of hot items which varied each day, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and tea, coffee or juice. The location was ideally situated between my conference hotel and the Grapevine Mills Mall.

I had some issues with the shuttle service. I waited over an hour at the airport for a pickup and had to call at least 3 times before it came. The morning shuttles from the hotel to the conference hotel generally went smoothly but each evening, my wait time was between 40 minutes and 1 1/2 hours. It was very tiring after a long day, given that the hotel was 10 minutes away. On a couple occasions, I had to Uber back.

The staff were very helpful and when I had a problem with the shower they had it fixed in 20 minutes. Breakfast was good and fresh, not a wide variety but some choices and good quantities. room was clean and very tidy. The proximity to the airport is excellent.

There was not a real choice of snack food outlets or restaurants within walking distance. Within a relatively short drive is a mall but again not a lot of choice

We’ve stayed here a few times and each time we love it. This time it was still too chilly to swim, but previously we’ve enjoyed the pool. Our room is always cleaned and comfortable. Breakfast is good, and overall the staff is very friendly. We already have our next trip planned and booked our room here.

This was a great hotel. For the money, I was not expecting the cleanliness that we got. The floors the sheets and pillows were all very clean. People working there were very friendly and professional. Also, (I came back to say this) everything that was supposed to work, worked: the jacuzzi tub (thanks, that was nice), the ice machines, the fridge, the a/c, everything was working. Also, the breakfast was big. Not a continental cereal bar. Waffle maker and fresh fruit, nice!

It was good, we would totally stay there again. I don’t have a complaint.

In-room spa tub was a nice bonus. The addition of a shower as well was nice so that you can properly clean up after the tub. Room was big and had a nice kitchenette area.

Someone else got locked out (not us). The staff was very helpful, BUT they couldn't get the door open and management/maintenance didn't want to help out until 24hours later (the next night). They received horrible service and weren't compensated.

The location is great. Bass pro and grapevine mills mall is literally a straight shot and right there, also chris the manager was amazing at splitting out bill. The lady at the front desk told us we couldn't do that but Chris popped up and split it without any issues. Definitely if there is any issue ask for chris the manager.

Parking is horrible when your coming in later at night. They share a parking lot with another hotel. There needs to be more parking spaces available.

The staff was amazing, they provided exceptional service throughout my entire stay. The rooms were very clean, the surrounding areas of the building were also very clean, saw staff cleaning the surfaces for the sake of Covid I presume, so I felt safe in the sense of health because they were on top of things. Was a quiet area, but busy during my stay which could have been due to the weekend or the tour buses that were there; can’t say if that is a regular thing or a one off situation.

Beds weren’t that comfortable. Door (to my room) had some issues opening, but would eventually open after a couple tries. The morning fire alarm test was a startling way to wake up. I know it has to be done, just wish they chose a different time of day to do that. Can’t say if that was on the hotel or the fire inspector, but scared the heck out of me and my companion.
