My (now) husband and I got married in Grapevine and it was so nice having a close, clean, and beautiful hotel to stay in. Front desk staff was so kind and helpful!

The only downside was the on-site restaurant. My friend and I (who stayed with me the first night) went to get dinner and were told it was self seating, but no one ever came to us. We ended up leaving, which was a bummer because we were really hoping to be able just walk to dinner after a long day of set-up. The restaurant seemed very understaffed and stressed, half of the inside seating was empty but dirty. I really felt bad for the staff more than annoyed with the situation. Not fun for a busy Friday.

The hotel was the ideal choice for what we set out to accomplish. We hoped to book a hotel that was conveniently located, affordable, provide access to amenities, free parking, comfortable room and breakfast. We were thoroughly happy with the customer service and accomodations. We liked that the rooms were actually cleaned when we left the room for a period of time. The customer service texts made us feel as though our experience truly mattered. The restaurant (Tavern) food and drinks were impressive. The breakfast had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the temperature in the room.

The hotel was amazing however we wished that the outdoor pool was closer to the hotel and that the tennis/pickleball courts didn't cost $40/hr. to use.

The location was perfect for how far our friends was located. I wish I could have gotten a room on the 9th floor, but I guess it was a convention going on this weekend. The 5th floor was ok, but the viewing was not. But overall I loved the scenery when taking a stroll around the hotel.

I didn't like how small the shower was. If two people was to take a shower together you would definitely be bumping into each other every inch.

The staff (Heather) at the front desk was exemplary. And our Driver Noel was excellent.

We were finished checking in by 9:40 and made our way to the bar. We entered before 9:45 and were informed that they were closing. He didn’t ask if we wanted food or drinks. Bluntly said we are closing. I’m sorry but the sign said 10:00 not 9:45. All we wanted was a night cap. This was exceptionally rude in my opinion. I hate to be so blunt but something needs to CHANGE.

an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic—just a short distance from the historic downtown, which made exploring so convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Location was great, value was great. Loved having pool and hot tub, very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. Did not visit the bar or restaurants but lovely to have the option.

Only negative was it took forever to get hot water for shower. But we were on 4th floor. And when we were enjoying the pool, paint was falling from the ceiling into the pool.

Bonnie and Clyde Restaurant had amazing food. The hotel was less than a mile from our destinations, Meow Wolf and Legoland. The employees were so friendly, especially Mario (our Bellhop). Our room was immaculate and the beds were comfy. There was also a coffee shop (Java) in the lobby and plenty of seating near the hotel entrance to relax and visit.

The only thing I wasn't fond of was the sliding bathroom door with no lock on it.

The man who carried our luggage in and took care of us the whole time. When we called an Uber for that evening he made sure we were safe and was helpful with any questions we had. What a pleasure to have someone care. Also the bartenders were very nice and friendly and took care of our needs.

I cannot think of one thing.

My family loved the indoor pool with hot tub. Great location. It was convenient for us, close to everything. Great breakfast choices. The servers at breakfast were attentive to us. Room was clean, the hallway smelled good. The front desk were nice too. It's our first time staying here and it's a love at first sight for us lol. My kids hoped if we could've stayed longer. We stayed to the other hilton in downtown Dallas. My family hated it. Definitely coming back here for sure!
