The staff was so friendly and everything was so clean. My kids and I used the indoor pool, which was perfect for a November stay. The whole facility was so clean, from the lobby to the rooms. I'm always anxious to take my kids to hotels, but the rooms were so clean, I had no worries! The breakfast was really good too. There were a lot of options for food.

Really not a problem, but I felt like the room was a little small, but I also had 3 kids I was tripping over. It was a short stay, so we managed.

The location was really good. Very close to Grapevine Mall, it's within 5 minutes to the Gaylord and also to various food, shopping and experiences. Clean rooms, spacious, have a mini fridge and a microwave in the room.

Breakfast was a bit light - no cheese options, no pancakes, only one waffle machine so there was always a line.

Everything is brand new and clean. The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet was very complete and delicious. 5 minutes away from Grapevine Mills and an amazing variety of activities for the whole family.

If you have children ask for a room far away from street entrances or ice machines, since they are noisy when using.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice, especially the young lady working the front desk night shift Dec 9-12. Breakfast area was clean, and a decent variety of food. Very good, convenient location near the Samaritan's Purse processing center.

Flew to Dallas for the weekend and so happy I booked with Fairfield Inn DFW/Coppell. Place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Room was very clean, all amenities were working and location was quiet (even if it is by the highway). The hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. What a hidden gem!

We enjoyed everything about this hotel! It was easy to book online, and at the last min was able to get 2 rooms fairly close to each other. It was clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and they had plenty of breakfast for everyone. It was packed at breakfast time, but they made sure the food didn't run out. I also liked that their pool was indoors. If ever back in town we will definitely book here at this hotel again.

It was quiet, accommodating, clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it! Staff was so nice and welcoming.

We loved everything about it! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Needs a little larger closet space and where there is a microwave and fridge in the room need paper towels. Didn’t like having to use tissues or towels when eating.

The lobby, halls, and rooms are clean or new. Breakfast is the typical fare you find at most hotels. The gym was also clean and well maintained. The windows blocked all noise from the highway, and the pull-down shade is genius. It lets light in without being in full view.

The pool was so cold. My kids' lips turned blue after playing or trying to play while shivering after barely 20 minutes. I looked for a hotel with an indoor pool to avoid this. Then upon returning to the room, there is only a shower. after a freezing bout in the pool, my kids wanted nothing more than a warm bath. I do acknowledge that I didn't scroll through the pictures of the room, so I was not aware of this new bathroom style. The room we stayed in had the door jammed into the shower the wrong way, so you could not turn the water on without getting fully in or funneling water onto the bathroom floor.

There was no Water or any body lotion in the room at all, it was strange that i was asked to pay for water. then i was told that if u have bonvoy account then it would be free
