I have never been more pleased with a hotel than I am with this one. From check-in to check-out, the staff was exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. The bed was so dreamy. Almost as good as home. The lobby provides plenty of things to do from games to the pool table. Nice comfortable seating inside and outside on the patio. Our room was on the top floor. We enjoyed watching the planes come in but never heard them. I would say the only two downsides right now is: there isn't much within walking distance but The Sound is 5 minutes away and offers shopping, food and drinks, and while we were there on a weekend and it didn't affect us, there is construction next door. We will definitely back and can't wait to see what all comes to the area.

This is what I liked and didn’t like: The room had potential for adjoining suite and the neighbor’s suite TV was a bit loud in the evening late. Shower water not warm enough. Beds were great. I was there due to flight cancellation and I was most grateful to be allowed to stay in comfortable lobby until I left to return to the airport late afternoon. The breakfast bar was great, yet the coffee, though hot, was weak. The day time front desk associate was friendly. The night time receptionist was rather aloof and less than informative. The room warmed nicely on that bitter cold night.

I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their friendliness added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless. It’s evident that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. My room was not only clean but also well-appointed, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in both service and cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and pristine place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area, hoping for a quieter experience next time.

The only downside to my stay was the behavior of a family staying in several rooms near mine. They constantly moved between rooms, slamming doors all day and night, which at times interrupted my sleep. Despite the front desk staff's efforts to address the issue, the family did not respect their requests.

Front receptionist was super courteous and friendly..she welcomed us as we walked in and got us checked in quickly.. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and convenient ith many options. We had a flight out of DFW and stayed here to be minutes from the airport.

The only issue we had was the TV, so the issue was with Direct TV. They moved us immediately to another room, but the issue was the same. The sound was from one program, but playing on another station. We wanted to watch the fight, but the sound was for the baseball game showing on another channel. All the channels were like that.

Tru by Hilton is our “go-to” anytime we travel. Every location that we’ve been to is clean, modern, the beds and pillows are so comfortable and my family sleeps really well. Breakfast is great, there’s a good amount to choose from. I like that there’s also variety of food and beverages available to purchase outside breakfast hours. The facts wall by the elevators are fun, our family enjoys reading those. Location by airport is great, the shuttle is a helpful amenity although we didn’t use it. Price is a bargain for what you get.

There is nothing to not like here

I really appreciated how clean and modern the hotel and my room itself were. I was only staying for the night so I really appreciated how comfy the bed was--I fell asleep almost immediately. The location was super close to the airport I needed to get to later that morning, DFW, and it was less than a ten minute ride away. I was lucky in that i was able to avoid traffic!

It would have been great if there were late-night food spots nearby in walking distance, but otherwise not a big deal! This hotel is also in Dallas, TX so its unlikely that restaurants are in walking distance anyway.

Rooms were spacious, bathrooms were modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of breakfast options with a clean and modern buffet area. Nice vibe to the whole place. Everything was great!

We weren't able to be accommodated on the morning shuttle but this wasn't the fault of the hotel at all. They were busy and we arrived very late the night before.

The main reason for me choosing this hotel was the airport shuttle since it’s so close to the airport. Arrive in Dallas at 10:15 AM and when I got my bags and called for the shuttle it was no longer running (Only runs between 5-11 am) ok fine, but my flight leaving was at 9:30 am so I thought I would be fine, called downstairs and they stated Shuttle doesn’t run on Sundays?! I mean they shouldn’t have airport shuttle as an option or be more specific on their site that the shuttle is intermittent at best and shouldn’t be a reason you pick this hotel in my opinion

Friendly fast efficient check in. Clean facilities and easy to navigate. Kid friendly.

My son fell twice, partly his fault and partly no. The small ramp on the way to the elevator, the flooring there is a little bubbled…..not smooth. Also the staff was mopping and my son ran out of the bathroom (yes he ran which he shouldn’t have but he was excited for making a successful bathroom visit hahah) and slipped on the floor where they were mopping. The slippery floor sign was around the corner in front of the elevator. I think there should have been another sign for the main corridor where they were mopping. A few more precautions for kids.

The atmosphere is always great. This is why I always pick this location. The Price is pretty good as well.

I had to ask housekeeping a few times to switch my iron out. She acted as if she was busy but caught her in the hall in her phone. That was my only somewhat of an issue.
