I loved how the staff was friendly and this hotel has everything you need but staff need to provide more help because our remote wasn't working. We didn't bother going downstairs and complain again. We didn't need the TV but it's a nice option to have a working remote with the TV because the second night it wasn't working at all. My only suggestion just make sure everything is working properly. But I loved everything you guys provide. I'm definitely coming again to stay at this location .

The only thing that I didn't like was that we couldn't get our remote to work with our TV but the staff did give us a second control but we didn't want to move to amother room. I think in future the staff needs to make sure everything is working properly.

Definitely exceeded my expectations! The rooms were SO comfy! The shower was so relaxing after a very long drive and being able to lay back in a super comfy and clean bed while watching some netflix on a big Samsung TV was a great way to end my day! Plus the breakfast the next morning was so fresh and had a large variety of foods!

Deloris Franklin - one of the best hospitatily staff members i have ever came in contact with. Her attention to the guest was unbelievable and so positive. It was a breath of fresh air to watch her do her job. Breakfast was exceptional, the healthy options were great! The gym was well setup and very clean!

Really not much that I didn't like except for the shower door didn't close all the way and there will not any different options really with meat at breakfast would have liked to have a choice between Turkey and sausage and different fruit for the yogurt bar pineapple would have been great

Blake was awesome and made an effort to accommodate me. The rest of the team and morning manager also did great work. Overall recommend this place for the staff, 24/7 gym, and good restaurants nearby. Also free shuttle to and from DFW.

Easy checkin process with friendly front desk staff. Room was large and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

It appeared clean but a little worn in spots. Only stayed overnight so we didn’t explore the property

I love that it had a functional kitchen.

The microwave and the ice maker didn't work. The maid kept forgetting to give us fresh wash clothes when they came to clean .

Having a kitchen area in our room was great; close to DFW airport; large selection of restaurants within a 10 minute drive; & the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great staff helped when the wifi didn’t work. Room was large and comfortable.

The wifi didn’t work in my first room so had to move. The staff were very helpful facilitating this.

Snazzy, updated appearance, clean, lots of space inside and out to sit and relax, happy hour from 5-6:30 pm, nice breakfast, staff helpful and friendly. Shuttle to DFW.
