Amazing value! Since the cost is inexpensive, I didn't have the highest of expectations but figured as long as it was clean we could rough it.. but talk about exceeding expectations ! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. We have a family of six and needing something fairly large. which the 2 bedroom suite more than accommodated (3 large beds and a sofa). Small touches like the nice dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms (most hotels have the cheap stuff), a fairly large kitchenette area w/ a full fridge was great! Everything was super clean. We were also very surprised at the delicious free breakfast that's included (like its really good), a beautiful large pool, a nice exercise and has closed in basketball court (kids loved this ) Honestly, I thought it was much nicer than most Hiltons, Marriott's we've stayed at. I would rate this 10/10 and we would absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast had more verities (Fruits - Banana, Apple, Orange : Egg, Waffles, Scones, Bread, Potatoes, Milk, Chocolate Milk, etc...). Mon-Fri starts around 6 i believe. Sat-Sun starts around 7:30ish. Great location. Staffs are really nice handled nicer way. Anytime coffee. Love this place. Shuttle to Airport anytime must be informed earlier. Laundry. Good Parking.

It was located in a nice spot.

We had to change room three times in the first room. The refrigerator did not work and the second room. The toilet did not work in the third room. Everything worked. But we were all exhausted. It was around 11:30 in the evening by the time we were able to finally settle into the last room.

Everything was good. There was a mishap in the booking process, but they handled everything in a timely manner. When I travel back to Dallas, this will be one of the spots I stay at.

The complimentary breakfast was good. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.

There isn't a restaurant in the hotel and the nearest one is a bit of a walk (we didn't have a vehicle).

Newly decorated and clean- has a little kitchen with full sized refrigerator. Bathroom was accessible. Please note shuttle bus does not run on the weekends- you'll need to book an Uber.

We had stayed overnight due to plane flight cancellations. We left early the next morning, too early for breakfast.

The room was fine. There was new construction or remodeling going on.

Walking distance of 54th St grill that had really good food..front desk staff was super friendly. They didn't charge me for one night but not because of my issues. It was because they made a mistake. Oh well, I'll take it! Lol

I booked this hotel back in February during the ice storm because of shuttle service and breakfast and nightly snacks during week nights but didnt get any of these amenities. The driver didn't show so had to call cab. There was no breakfast or snacks due to no staff. They gave me a key to a room that was occupied then had someone walk in on my room as well. Seems to be a language barrier between cleaning crew and front desk.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.

The curtain was translucent and faced the car park, so there was a lack of privacy.

Clean, comfortable, close to airport and some good bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Regular free airport shuttle service.

Possibly still COVID related but would prefer to eat breakfast using proper dining wear instead of paper plates and plastic cutlery - very minor complaint
