The staff were very friendly, the location central to everything and near the airport, very quiet, safe and comfortable. Our favorite was the free breakfast at the cafe…was very generous and delicious!

My pillows were slightly flat….it didn’t bother me much but that is the only thing I can think of where this excellent hotel could improve.

The room was decent, had a little bar fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The bed was comfy and the room had a pool view. They also offered a free shuttle service to the airport.

The AC is loud in the room, unfortunately, so it disturbed my sleep. Also, you can hear people walking upstairs if you are on the lower floors.

Definitely needed a car to get about, but there was a shuttle that brought u to places if needed. Bar wasn't opened till 5pm everyday, and only food at certain times were provided

The mattresses and bedding were supremely clean and comfortable! The room decor was stylish. Being right by the pool was super. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The included breakfast was delicious.

The items in the restaurant and shop were very expensive. There didn't seem to be any other dining options nearby.

Decent hotel when we got stuck in Dallas after missing a connecting flight. Best part was the efficiency of their hotel shuttle. I just called the hotel and they sent the shuttle to come pick us up at the terminal we were in. This was helpful since we had a ton of luggage and were traveling with a child and cat. Bed was comfy and they have a restaurant/room service so we could eat after arriving. Staff was friendly and kind, helped us arrange the shuttle back to the airport and gave us a pack n play for our baby.

The pet fee was superrrrr expensive. Almost as much as the room rate per night for our one cat who literally just slept the entire night. I get there has to be a fee but paying almost double the room rate was a bit shocking. Next time I would try to find a hotel that doesn't charge this much.

The room was very clean. Cleaning service was provided every day. There king sized bed was beyond comfortable! Having a restaurant and Starbucks inside was amazing. The free shuttle to DFW was definitely a plus! Staff was kind. Area was very quiet.

When we arrived DFW I called the hotel for shuttle pickup, and was told the shuttle was not then available, but the hotel would reimburse us for a taxi ride—and it did—upon presentation of receipt! The accommodations were just great, but the best part was in the care and concern of the reception staff, especially “Angel”.He not only gave us good suggestions when we inquired about nearby restaurants, but dispatched his shuttle to drop off, pick us up! No hitches the following day on the shuttle back to the airport, and drop off right at our assigned gate. Great nights sleep, we’ll run operation.

Location

There is no shuttle service for early flights. So if you have an early flight, you will have to take an Uber. Also the coffee shop inside was closed and I could have used a strong coffee at that time.

Nice, clean, and comfortable.

Only negative was the shuttle stopped running at 11pm, and the next morning the shuttle to the airport was fully booked. But they went ahead and booked me a Lyft to get me to my flight on time.

Beautiful hotel, staff was wonderful. I forgot a piece of luggage after checking out, the staff went the extra mile to find and return to. Very appreciative for them.

The brand of shampoo, soap, ect, smelled l I ke a hospital soap, awful. Missed the small lighted mirror. Too dark to apply makeup, more designed for traveling males.
