Very friendly staff, and the room was clean and nice. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was very nice and relaxing. My son didn't even pull out the sofa bed and just slept on the sofa like it was, he said it was very comfy. We also really liked being right by the side door, it made coming and going easy. The a/c was also great, I get hot very easily and it was helpful to just walk right in to a very cool room.

Nothing really stands out as a dislike. Only thing would be that the provided wireless charger on the side table was broken, but we brought our own chargers.

The room with a king-sized bed had a fridge, so I was able to store fruit I bought from a farmer's market. The room also contained outlets as well as USB chargers and wireless chargers. Behind the front desk reception, you can buy drinks like iced tea and snacks. There's also medication for sale (e.g., if you have allergies, you can buy single-tablet Claritin). The hotel serves breakfast every morning. The hotel is close to the Grapevine Mills shopping mall.

The hotel doesn't have a recycling bin, so I had to throw my extra plastic bags in the trash. The Claritin was extremely expensive ($4 for a single 24-hour tablet). At times I had to wait for the front desk person to come back, and it wasn't clear when they would be back. The location didn't have good public transit. I used Lyft everywhere I needed to go.

The hotel offers a shuttle that covers a 5-mile radius from the hotel. This was very helpful during my stay because I attended a conference. Also wonderful to get to the airport. The drivers were kind and hospitable. Housekeeping was great.

Breakfast was a disappointment. The fruit was not appetizing at all, rather than cut fruit they should consider just offering whole fruits that are fit and unblemished. Consider mini yogurt servings, boxed cereals or packaged and wrapped croissants or bagels - we are still just beyond but not over covid. One night there were kids who were too active in the hallway and between rooms that was a bid disruptive. My ac was extremely loud and took getting used to but the beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great hot water!

The airport shuttle was super convenient - they arrived within 10 minutes of a call from the airport. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was well equipped, and the bed was super comfortable. It was easy to walk to Grapevine Mills and the surrounding restaurants. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage and use the shuttle back to the airport in the afternoon.

We would have liked a bar of soap at the sink in the room - everything else was fantastic.

The hotel was centrally located to everything we wanted to do/see on our trip - Legoland, Sea Life, Dallas Zoo, etc. This was an excellent stay for the price! The breakfast was delicious each morning, and I loved that they had a variety of foods, not just typical breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.). The rooms were super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests. The open snack area was awesome - right beside the desk that was connected to the bar in the main lobby. Loved seeing so many young families on our stay. We stayed with a five year old without issue. His favorite part of the whole trip was the pool HA.

I don not feel that anything could have been better.

Loved the room. Had 2 beds and a couch and plenty of room for everyone. Front desk Donald was very friendly and informative and that is much appreciated. I also appreciate the fact they did not charge a parking fee like Great Wolf Lodge does. THANK YOU!

The breakfast needed help. I mean really! The breakfast was 6-10. We arrived at 9 and mostly everything but sausage was gone. We waited for them to clean up the mess from all the teenagers that were before us, they never cleaned it. Waited for replenishment, they replenished the OJ but that was it. Did not eat breakfast.

It was spacious and laid out well. The room and bedding were very comfortable and the place was clean. I like that they have the big bottles of cleaning products in the bathrooms, little products are such a waste. The staff was very friendly and I like that their breakfast runs to 10 am so there's no rush to get up.

There wasn't much to not like. The hotel was exactly what I expected for the price I paid.

Perfect location within a 10 minute drive to the airport by shuttle. The room was clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. The room had a great TV. And a small separation between the beds and pullout couch. The beds were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and necessary toiletries. The hotel had a snack bar with plenty to choose from. And it is in close proximity even within walking to a few restaurants.

The bathroom was slightly too small and a bit uncomfortable to maneuver in but not a deal breaker! And it would have been nice to have some firmer pillows mixed in with the soft ones.

After booking a non-refundable room at the Hyatt Place, I read some reviews which concerned me somewhat so I was nervous about this stay. However we were more than happy with all aspects of our experience. The shuttle service to and from the airport and within 5 miles of the hotel is a big bonus. We had a late flight on the day we were leaving and were able to visit Grapevine's historic quarter with its fabulous Christmas decorations. The room was comfortable and huge, the shower was great, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff were very obliging and friendly. The Grapevine Mills mall is right across the road and there are plenty of places there and around to eat. We had no complaints at all with the Hyatt Place.

I can't fault our stay at all.

Easy check-in, friendly and professional staff, modern decor, nice bar area, SPACIOUS rooms, perhaps the most comfy beds ever. The breakfast was fresh and well-prepared, many options. The fitness studio is a little small, but very clean and high end. Quick and free shuttle to DFW airport. Overall, a fantastic stay and our new go-to by the airport.

That I only stayed one night!
