Booking.com and Hampton Inn staff both cooperated and supported my request on a mistake of my booking which was set for a week ahead by mistake. I was at the hotel with my family and it seemed very unlikely I would get the same day booking immediately. However, they not only gave me the booking but also on the very same price! Kudos to booking.com and Hampton Inn staff for getting out of the way and accommodating my request. After this I would overlook any shortcoming from the hotel or their staff because they showed true customer support and I owe them that what they deserve.

Hamptons really does well with the value proposition. The room was a really nice size and extremely comfortable. They have a laundry room which is a big win, as well as a fitness room. Their breakfast is their classic! My stay overall was great for the price that I was paying. They get the important things right.

The staff was not as professional as I would like it, but they were nice. I had to call thrice to get toiletries and towels. They don't clean the room every day (it's every two days).

Very clean room with a great shower, was very affordable for one night with two beds. Lots of restaurants near by, close to highway but not too loud or crowded. Receptionist was very friendly. Close to DFW and 'The Parking Spot' lots. Hotel also has an ATM and a nice looking pool.

Driving turn into hotel is a little hidden, so can be easy to miss, and all parking is in the back (except for handicap and Diamond Members).

Had a nice stay at this hotel during a recent trip to Dallas. The rooms are a great size and fairly updated. The bed was comfortable and the AC was keeping us cool from the Texas heat. There was plenty of parking and the check-in and check-out process was easy. We did not partake in the breakfast during our stay, but it looked good as we passed one morning. The hotel is in a good location nearby several restaurants and shopping/convenience stores if you forgot something!

There were very few towels provided in the bathroom. I was traveling with my significant other and it appeared that only a few towels were supplied in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask for more as daily housekeeping had to be requested and was not provided each day; not a big deal, just seemed suited to a single traveler rather than a couple.

Breakfast was very good! It is nice to enjoy a warm meal. Eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt included. We had breakfast Monday morning, so the dining area was nice and quiet not crowded at all. The room was very comfy and clean! Great location right off the highway!

The staff was not rude but it would have been nice to be greeted with a warm hello, how are you today, let us know if there is anything we can help with.

This is a great location wonderful restaurant right next door you can walk to eat and relax knowing you don’t have to get back on the road to go somewhere to eat.

Oil complaint was the bathroom door is a slide door I get the concept but… rather have a closing door to the bathroom area… and (no fan)

Location and breakfast

Charged a day charge for parking lot maintenance. Asked for no down or feather pillows prior to arrival because of my wife’s allergies and upon arrival we had down pillows. Had to have them changed out.

Breakfast was good.

The pool was inside and the water was so cold and not enjoyable. It was one of the main reasons we booked there. Also had to pay some kind of parking lot that I was not aware of. It was a little over 4 dollars.

Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice.

We had to wait for our keys and the master key they gave initially didn’t work. The carpet in the hallway of the 5th floor is terrible. Breakfast was good but no one was cleaning off tables between the guest eating.

Very convenient to the airport; right off the highway to easy to get to; it's on the nicer end of Hampton Inns and the rooms are always clean and quiet.
