LaQuinta DFW West Glade Park has been our go to place anytime I have visited my brother and father in the past 2-3 years. Check in is easy and informative. We did request a last minute first floor which they were able to accommodate. We used the laundry facilities - only 1 dryer and washing machine were operable. They use coins only, however, the front desk does have quarters you can purchase. Breakfast offered was scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles. You can also make your own toast or have yogurt. The lobby is kept clean as is the food area. They do allow dogs here for those traveling with your poochies. Not sure how many they will allow at a time. I did see 2 dogs at least; never did hear them despite being down the hall. We had a family emergency and had to cut our trip short. LaQuinta was kind and accommodating in reimbursing us for our last night that we were unable to stay through. This was very much appreciated.

The laundry room could have been kept cleaner. The lobby can get noisy in the pm, which unfortunately the voices are easily heard in the first floor rooms.

The location and facility was great and clean.very beautiful and the breakfast was tasty.

The receptionist at check in was rude.I checked in on 7/25/25 at 6pm. That evening I went to the pool and I came to get new towels because she did not tell me at check in I needed to ask for pool towels. I used the room towels and she was bothered because I interrupted her watching her phone. She made me go put the wet towels outside in the bin. She was not welcoming or was not informative. Did not tell me the breakfast hours I found out by looking around for signs.

The hotel was super clean, breakfast was great, and staff were very nice.

Housekeeping does not clean the room every day, nor take out the trash in the room. Hotels are still charging high prices but NOT providing PRE- COVID services that all Hotels used to do by cleaning the room daily. You have to request that your room be cleaned daily. This is insane. But customer is still paying the same high prices with less services. I am glad some housekeepers workers went on STRIKE today. They are being forced to clean more rooms than normal, with low pay still, because hotel manager does not want to hire full staff.

I loved having a refrigerator and microwave. The location was convenient. The parking and elevator were helpful. For the most part it was a good place to stay, secure and safe as well.

The heater was either hot or cold air. I finally turned it off and covered up to stay warm. It was strange that I had to turn on the light at the entry for the bathroom light to come on. That would wake up other sleeping guests if I'd not been traveling alone. The curtains were ugly and depressing. The pictures were strange and not relaxing. The hall carpet spots should be cleaned.

Accessibility and a sense of safety around the hotel and neighborhood. It was quiet too!

Room cleaning was not available daily. Not sure if it was due to staffing or policy. I was disappointed to come back after a long day at a hospital and find my room had not been serviced. Also, front desk personnel need training in customer service. They should always greet with a smile and provide the best service possible and not act like the guests owe them. They should do their job with pride as they represent the hotel and America! In turn, they will receive respect and appreciation from most guests. It's a tough job, but it must be done right.

The location is perfect as it is nestled right by the shopping. Other shopping/eatery spots are located in good driving distance as well. The lobby is very nice and beautifully decorated. The room was very nice and clean. They provide Dove products for personal hygiene and hair care. Our room had a fridge and microwave at no charge. We enjoy the stay. It was perfect for the occasion.

Good breakfast with a decent selection of food. The beds were quite comfortable! The room was nice and cool when we got there. There was even a view of the pool!

The remote control for the TV was very difficult to navigate. Instructions would help and maybe some fresh batteries! There were not a lot of snacks and no water bottles available. It was also a little difficult to navigate the light switches.

The staff were attentive and accommodating. Always greeting us with a smile.

WIFI was down the two nights we stayed, and I had a ton of work I needed to get done during the day, but I could not. I understand it wasn't the staff's fault, but I wish the Spectum internet service man could have restored guest WIFI in a more timely manner.

This location is perfect when we visit family. We used the pool this time. Really enjoyed refreshing from the summer heat. The breakfast is always good. I love that I can make hot tea (or coffee) or get cold water anytime I want with the drink area. We also enjoyed the seating in the front lobby. Able to sit in the sun, in the AC, and relax. One of the best LQ we stay at.

One thing. I wish there was a little sun at the pool. It is refreshing to have some shade. But when you get out, it is a little chilly. But that would involve moving the whole building. So a very minor dislike. (That is about 5 pm)
