As always this BW Plus DFW Airport West Hotel Euless is a very good choice to stay, and all this especially because of the nice staff and a good breakfast on a daily basis. After visiting this hotel several times during the past two years, I do feel after all like coming home, where the whole entire staff is always welcoming both me and any other guest with the very friendly and the best possible way. Just keep up with the great work;)!

A slight smell of cigarettes has been bothering me during my last two stays and some unfortunately noisy neighbours next door have also been an issue for me, but staff has taken care of these issues in a very good way by making notifications and offered immediately to be moved to another room. Great. Thank you for that;)!

Really comfortable king bed! After long travel with delays, I really appreciated the comfort and hominess of this room. It is exactly what I needed. There was something special about the layout that embraced welcome, the sofa, pillows and lots of lamps - felt like home. It was remarkable to see smiling staff people, including the room cleaners. Even though I must eat gluten free, the breakfast had food I could eat, which was remarkable. The shuttle came promptly to pick me up from the airport, and again left promptly on the hour back to the airport. It's always good to have a microwave, frig, and coffee maker in the room.

The bathtub drain didn't close securely, so my hot bath was cut short. Otherwise, all was good.

I like the amenities the pool area the inside decor spaceous room big bed nice size tvs the lobby area front desk and outside construction of the building the as have a shuttle to shuttle guests not the best location it could be from the cowboys stadium which is something they use to get guests to stay

The location wish it was in a better location to get better views the highway is blocking seeing the other side of freeway and it is connected to the same lot as a shopping center and mechanical shop one of the staff I dealt with was as nice and understanding as others

Very friendly staff. Generous complimentary breakfast. The location is walking distance to some stores and restaurants. The location feels safe. The airport shuttle is very convenient -- make sure to reserve it in advance.

A lightbulb in our room was out. The furniture is dated. The pillows felt old and lumpy. Despite being an airport hotel, it's a 15 minute drive to/from the airport.

The breakfast had lots of choice cereals to fresh fruit pastries fry up waffles tea coffee and juices.During the day coffee machine free in the reception/ dining area.

I think breakfast should be served until 10 am Monday to Friday apart from that no faults at all xant wait to return.

The staff were really nice and courteous. The room was pretty big in size with a lot of furnitures, suitable for a group of 2.

The room carpet and bathroom shower curtains should have been cleaner. The room had a musty smell. For some reason the AC temperature won't go below 76, which is pretty warm for a hot place like Dallas.

I liked that the shuttle service, arrival, and ease of check was exceptional.

Structurally some things are off. Not comfortable with the air conditioning system under the curtains, which prevents the privacy of the curtains being closed. I opened the closet door to keep them closed. Also nit a fan of the fact that you could see underneath the room, and adjoining door. I put towels by the door while I slept. Just not a comfortable feeling.

The location was very clean (staff was observed mopping daily in the lobby) and those working the desk were friendly and engaging. We attended a concert in Dallas so the location next to the expressway was convenient.

There was a slight damp odor upon entering the room initially that dissipated over time and the AC unit was a little noisy.

Picked me up/delivered me to the airport, even late at night. Room was clean. The full breakfast was pretty good. The building was quiet and seemed maintained well.

The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The hand-held nozzle was so high that I couldn't reach to adjust it and it was pointed at the wall.

Very clean everywhere, the room was amazing and very comfortable The staff was very friendly and caring beyond amazing they made sure my stay was pleasant and they was so helpful they made sure I made it on time to my interview with their shuttle service to and from and they picked me up and dropped me off to the airport on time…the staff was amazing all around
