Everything, the location, the staff were very friendly and professional, my room was very clean and comfortable. Very very nice Hotel. Will be back.

The shower was a little to small (width wise) and the bathroom door being made of glass (even though you couldn't see through it) was just kind of awkward at first.

They charged way too more than promised in the app and I sent a question about it and never answered, booked for $164 charged for $ 220 , I guess your app is just a scam just for the people believe is cheaper

There weren’t enough servers and there wasn’t a lot of food left. I paid $26 for very little food. I wanted to order off the menu but no one was available to help

It was very convenient and centralized for what we needed it to be this weekend.

I was disappointed that a continental breakfast was not included. The price that we paid, in my opinion, breakfast should have been continental.

Everything was excellent! On a scale 1 to 10, it was past 10. Customer service made it even better!🙂

I reserved the room for a nearby concert, so we could be closer to the venue and make it a special mother/daughter night. I was sick, so my daughter brought a friend, instead. I thought the room was prepaid on my Discover card, but when my daughter checked out, they made her pay with her card.
