One of the elevators did not work

Everything, the location, the staff were very friendly and professional, my room was very clean and comfortable. Very very nice Hotel. Will be back.

The shower was a little to small (width wise) and the bathroom door being made of glass (even though you couldn't see through it) was just kind of awkward at first.

There weren’t enough servers and there wasn’t a lot of food left. I paid $26 for very little food. I wanted to order off the menu but no one was available to help

They charged way too more than promised in the app and I sent a question about it and never answered, booked for $164 charged for $ 220 , I guess your app is just a scam just for the people believe is cheaper

It was very convenient and centralized for what we needed it to be this weekend.

I was disappointed that a continental breakfast was not included. The price that we paid, in my opinion, breakfast should have been continental.

Clean big rooms. Quiet and comfortable

Aussies like milk in coffee and tea, perhaps some milk in the fridge ??

Room was as described.

I reserved the room for a nearby concert, so we could be closer to the venue and make it a special mother/daughter night. I was sick, so my daughter brought a friend, instead. I thought the room was prepaid on my Discover card, but when my daughter checked out, they made her pay with her card.

Everything was excellent! On a scale 1 to 10, it was past 10. Customer service made it even better!🙂

The staff was amazing, after being stuck at airport (connection canceled due to weather), they picked us up w/ shuttle that usually was done by then-(driver Nick), front desk Jasmine and night manager?name? were very helpful. I even had my shoe retied the next morning by the maintenance man. After a long ,tiring delay at airport it felt great to be received so nicely.!
