Everything was great. Ac worked well, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, tv was big too. Everything worked very well and it was very quiet. The breakfast was decent too. I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel also felt safe, I didnt feel like I needed to worry about suspicious people or my car being broken into. I liked the area.

One of the elevators was broken so it took a while waiting on just the one that did work.. My card wasnt programmed right so I had to rely on my friend to open our door since my key card didnt work. Bathrooms are a little small but other than that, everything was good!

After a 22 hours journey from Africa to Dallas with a large family of six including 2 hyper active grand children, this facility welcomed us as if it was home! The Staff are wonderful, caring and hospitable. My wife dropped a wallet containing more than 1000$ by the hotel, another permanent guest of the hotel picked it and handed to the front desk. They handed it to us in tact. Never seen such a hotel where both the staff and customers are this nice. Thanks

Overall, the hotel was really well maintained during our stay and the staff were extremely friendly. The hospitality we received was exceptional! Free water bottles were provided, 24/7 open coffee/tea area, and cookies were set up during the night (a nice welcoming treat). The breakfast was great, and there were multiple options to pick from. Very nice and safe location with convenient fast-food restaurants less than a minute away as well (if you'd prefer). Would definitely book again if in the area!

A few minor inconveniences in the room, restroom door not locking, and tv guide not being available. The restroom mirror (queen suite) also had a very high placement (I'm short, so it might just be an issue to people under 5'2). However, there was a lot of mirror space elsewhere in the room (that's a plus)! I hoped breakfast options differed by the day. Although it was phenomenal both days, they served the same type of food (potato, sausage, egg, and omelets). The keys were also a bit iffy. We would try to unlock our room door or first-floor bathroom, and it wouldn't unlock until a couple tries later. Still, the good outweighed these easy-fix minor inconveniences!

Extremely clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Loved the oatmeal. The best part was the customer service of Wesley and the Lady in the breakfast room. She made sure there was sufficient hot food and she kept it clean.

Upon check out, there was no one at the desk. Also, another lady was trying to check in and there was no one there to help her. She left.

I had a very small mishap in the room. There were 3 shelves hung in the bathroom and I had to reach over them to plug in the blow dryer. I BARELY touched the corner of the bottom shelf and it came completely off. My husband is a handyman and looked and it was a with a screw and a small nail. I have pictures. I talked with manager before I left. I should not be charged ANY damaged fee because the shelf should have been hung way better and sturdier. Other than that, it was a great stay and hotel and staff were great!

Jai at the front desk, Suzy in housekeeping and van driver Paul were all standouts! From my well-appointed room, comfortable chaise, outstanding gym (with exceptional Airex yoga mat) to the consistently delicious and varied signature Hampton Inn breakfast…my stay was a pleasure. (And there was Halloween candy to boot!)

The hotel was clean, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was great for walking to different food options and appeared to be safe for pedestrians.

There was no hotel shuttle driver the day I arrived, but they had one every other day.

The van service. Called and said it would be there in 15 minutes. Waited 55 minutes. When I got to the hotel a big sign said shuttle leaves on the hour to the airport. They run this every day and they know when it gets to the airport. Don’t tell me 15 minutes when you know there is no way because the van is supposed to leave in 40 minutes.

Stayed for one night and needed a place near the airport. The Hampton inn staff was extremely friendly, and even provided some water bottles upon checking in. The room was very large and comfortable the was a kitchenette area, a full couch sitting area, a large work desk and a spacious closet/bathroom area. Over all it was a great place to stay with lots of food options right below the hotel. Also breakfast started nice and early, and had a great selection!

The breakfast was excellent as well as the location.

The only dislike was the showerhead and the water pressure in the shower. The bathroom flooring was uneven and warped due to water damage.
