Everyone was nice, and the room was clean. Transportation to and from the airport made everything ALOT easier. And the drivers were very helpful with the luggage. Of course having coffee available is always a BIG plus, too.

I wished I had known I needed to request a room opposite the street, as it was very noisy. Also, a few more choices for the snacks & food would be helpful. We arrived late with no dinner, as everything was closed, so snacks weren't really substantial enough for a meal.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms are large with a kitchenette in them which is great if you are there for more than a few days. We didn't use anything other than the large fridge. The recliner is a nice touch as well. Fantastic location with loads of food choices and convivence stores just outside.

The shower/tub combo is a bit outdated, a nice shower would have been perfect. The bed was a queen size, not sure I was given an option when booking the room, but would have certainly preferred a king sized bed.

The employees was very nice and very helpful and went way and beyond to help me I was there for a job and I took candle wood suites shuttle to my appointment for work I ended up leaving my folder on the table at the hotel and i really needed my folder it had very important documents that I needed for work the manager of the hotel went out his way and came to my job to bring me my folder as a courtesy to me and I really appreciate that it showed me that they will go out there way for customers they exceeded all my expectations and I will stay there again I give them 5 star rating thank you candle wood suites for going out of your way to help me and making sure you delivered my documents to me for work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved everything about my stay there was nothing I didn't like

Every Thing! The front desk staff are always friendly and informative. They have always accommodated me if I had any questions or concerns.

Only thing I didn’t like was that the pull out couch bed had dried up old food stuck on the mattress covering which was old,tore and holy.

Close to where my interview was and closer to several restaurants. Also free shuttle service. The staff at the front desk and shelter drivers were so helpful and kind and really helped me out with my job interview with American. They deserve kudos!

A very nice room and room set up. The bed was comfortable. Restaurants were conveniently close and a good variety.

Not good lighting in the bathroom. You had items to remove makeup (appreciated) but not the lighting to put on.

The young man that checked me in is always nice and accommodating.

That there were dead bugs inside the couch bed.

Hotel location is close to airport. it has ample restaurants close-by. all amenities like refrigerator, microwave, cooking station, pans etc
