I loved the location and just the overall feeling, it was a great stay for the time being.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unauthorized smoking charge of $100 on my recent hotel bill. Neither myself nor the other adult accompanying me are smokers, and we did not engage in any smoking activities during our stay. I kindly request a thorough review of the situation to rectify this unjust charge promptly

Best hotel on our entire 2 1/2 week trip following copa america teams. Staff friendly and professional. Slot if restaurants in walking distance. S Hotels shuttle drivers were exceptional!

Outdoor pool

We were in town for football game. The airport shuttle was so convenient, the staff was super friendly, the accommodations were clean and comfy. Several food options in short walking distance. Would definitely choose to stay again in the future!

I truly have nothing I didn't like.

Great location you Chick-fil-A ,Popeyes and Taco Bell are walking distance. The Breakfast was good fresh fruits ,scrambled eggs bacon ,oatmeal and variety of other things.

The breakfast was good. clean and quiche and different. like the coffee and I reckon is much better than other hotel breakfasts.

No free bottles of water in room. They blame CO VID but really it’s a excuse for cost cutting.When I pay there high charge over 200 per night I expect free water bottles in room The inside pool was cold and the staff need to jump into the pool to tell customers what is cold or warm.

I loved how clean it was ! And staff was very friendly from the driver to the front the desk representative to the cleaning crew. Everyone was amazing!!

This was our 2nd stay with yall and it was great. The facility and room felt clean and the staff was fabulous!

The only things we were disappointed with was that yall removed the waffle makers, those were amazing last stay. There were waffles in the breakfast container and they were soft when we pulled then out because they were warm but once they were no longer warm (after walking to sit down and applying syrup) they got hard as a rock & wasn't really eatable. The pool itself was really cold, the room was heated which helped but the pools heater I think was on the fritz.

Absolutely beautiful and gorgeous place to stay, I felt amazing throughout my stay there. Very welcoming and “luxurious” feel to it
