This hotel seems family owned and they were so so sweet & helpful! I stay in a lot of inexpensive hotel/motels like this one as i travel on a budget a good bit… and I've never been happier- for the price! It's SUPER affordable BUT the beds are comfy and it's CLEAN! Those are the two most important things for me! The staff were amazing- they checked me in easily and effortlessly and they helped me switch rooms to a double bed at the last minute! They even had a simple nice continental breakfast each morning. I noticed basil planted in the rear and roses in the front- nice touches everywhere. Incense burning in the entry/lobby was awesome!! Location is awesome too close to airport and everything I needed! Thank you Regency Inn- definitely recommend.

The front counter guy was friendly, had customer service and the bed was COMFORTABLE.. I will be staying there again

a few things was that the room was missing its microwave plate and the sink was cracked to where you can take it apart very easily and the first morning i think there was a fight but it didn't last long

the staff was the best part of my stay. I have stayed at Motel 6 in NRH recently and had the worst treatment ever. I was so happy that the staff here was smiling for one, super accomidating, and happy to assist me without any attitude. The place was comfy and perfect for my stay.

My support pets were not welcome and that was a big problem this trip.

We were stranded at DFW due to a late flight and had no where to go. Found availability at this hotel last minute and it exceeded our expectations. The staff at front desk was awesome and kind, understood our concerns and even provided us with an iPhone charger.

Amazing hotel for the price and last minute availability

Bed was comfortable. Room had microwave and mini fridge which is convenient for left over food. In the room there is an iron and ironing board for professionals, also suit case rack and hanging shelf for hanging clothes. Room is not too big so I can get around OK.

There's nothing that I didn't like.

it is newly remodeled and it was clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. The location was great for me and it was minutes from the airport. And the cost was very reasonable for the area.

Breakfast was slim on choices. however, staff were willing to get more out for us when I asked.

Rooms were comfy and the staff was excellent! They were always willing to help with anything I asked.

Sometimes found hair in the bathrooms from previous occupants.
