We had a problem with our room and Taelor at the front desk quickly assigned us a new room as soon I made her aware of the problem. Our new room was great. She also made us aware of a shuttle service that was being offered for the concert we were attending at GLF. Paula's Shuttle saved us a LOT of money versus the Uber event prices and our driver was very sweet.

The room was modern with a microwave and mini fridge! The beds were very comfortable and soft in the TV had many channels to choose from. The bathroom was clean with the exception of the tub, It seemed a bit dingy. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay here again when we visit Dallas it isn’t a good location that’s close to the airport as well as restaurants and other attractions. I chose this location because it was close to my brother-in-law‘s home the breakfast is complementary they had eggs and sausage, cold cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, orange juice and apple juice, bagels biscuits, and sausage gravy. I was very impressed with this hotel, and would definitely recommend.

Shower/tub could’ve been cleaned a little bit better. we also tried to ask the housekeeper for extra towels, but they spoke very little English.

Excellent staff; van driver Antwane picked up our kids from the airport late Monday night ! (Thanks so much); shuttle service to and from airport an added bonus ! Nice breakfast buffet. We also appreciate the private shuttle service to the football game at AT&T stadium...

We got to hotel around 12:00 pm on Monday. No early check in; we got something to eat and then sat in the lobby for 1 1/2 hrs; 😒

The staff was amazing!! Jana was absolutely wonderful. I made a mistake with my dates of reservation but she helped me work it out without hesitation. Then on her day off she called in to make sure the staff had me taken care of!! The whole place was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty darn good!! Dogs are very much welcomed by the whole staff not just tolerated. Anytime we are doing anything within a 30 minute drive we will be staying here!

The customer washer/dryer was down. But the notice stated they were being repaired asap.

Breakfast was decent, room was clean and comfortable, clean towels and so was the room heater and ac. The peace and quite, the parking space all were perfect, i would say overall a very nice place to stay

However i would suggest to provide a hand shower like a telephone shower attached to the tub or walk in shower its more convenient. and if you could provide room slippers.

The location was great for me. All the places i wanted to visit were super accessible from here. I booked a King Suite and the size was incredible. So much space! Its a big room for a single traveller but i like having somewhere separate to relax from the bedroom so id absolutely opt for this room again were i to come back. The included breakfast was a win for me as was the free parking.

The only mirror was in the bathroom. Would've liked another full length one somewhere!

Very friendly staff. Due to bad weather conditions lots of flights were cancelled at DFW and there were lots of people trying to check in at once. The person at the desk handled this extremely well and was very courteous and helpful both checking guests in and answering phone calls despite being overwhelmed. Will definitely be back to this location when I’m in town for work.

For the most part it was clean, however the little slats underneath the sink seemed to have not been dusted or cleaned for a long time. Beds very comfortable.

The AC did not cool very well and for the price we paid it needs to be improved. We were out in the heat all day long, had set the AC on 75 so it would be comfortable when we got back to the room and it was very warm, so we put it on 70 with continuous fan and it didn't cooll down for sleeping for about 3 hours. Then sometime during the night the fan turned off so by 8 am when we got up the room was getting warm again.

The location was nice - close to the airport. The hotel also has an airport shuttle 24/7. There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The American-style breakfast was exceptional.

The water flow for the bath wasn't really good - although it happens quite a lot in American hotels. No public transportation nearby: which is not necessary for many of the travelers.

WOW!!!who ever trained the staff deserves a raise. Isa who checked us in was very nice explained breakfast.shuttle 'pool laundry and was happy to be there,breakfast was fresh and lady in the purple shirt was pleasant and kept every clean and well stocked,the hotel and room smelled clean and lobby was always spotless.every employee i came in contact with was well kept,friendly,and always wiping down coffee station and refilling,shuttle driver and front desk gal went above and beyond to get hubby from the airport after he went to the wrong hotel excellent costumer service from all employees. keep up the good work
