The pool

When we checked in we asked about the shuttle service and we were told we couldn't have one. Only certain people got to use the shuttle. This was at 8pm. The next morning I went back to the desk and they said there was a shuttle. I was very upset all night because one of the reasons I pick this hotel was that it said it offered a free shuttle to the airport. It worked out in the end but the night staff needs to know what's going on.

First and foremost, the person at the front desk sets the tone for your stay. Dawn was at the desk. She helped me check in early which was inconvient for her but was happy to do so. She set the tone with her professionalism and willingness to help. She was great!

Floor three smelled like skunk weed but not my room.

This might sound a little nit-picky but I loved that they kept their pool towels stocked! They never ran out. This is the only hotel I’ve ever been to that made sure there were plenty especially right before the pool closed. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The only thing I disliked were ironically we had to ask them for more room towels. They would only give us 3 even though our booking was for 4. The irony. Another neat thing they do is they don’t do room service daily it needs to be requested which can be a downside for some but we simply called and our room was serviced so it wasn’t awful.

Cleanliness and friendly staff

They put chemicals in the pool rat after it opened and we could not swim for 3 hours and was the only time we had to swim, so that was disappointing. I think they need to do chemicals early in the morning so it’s open by 11 to swim! That was main reason we chose your hotel also the staff started mopping the floors in entrance and to the elevators right at the time it was close to check out, thought that was bad timing as well

Everything was very good, the location is in a good area and service was great. Anna the receptionist also was helpful, I didn’t know what the top part of the clothes bag was until I was asking about why it always tore off but she informed me it was to tie the bag up. Been doing it all wrong for years.

Only bad thing was the washer was down everything else was great

Location was great! The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all so kind, helpful and attentive!

Breakfast was ok. We wished there was a little more of a variety. We understood that it was completely full so we knew that it would be busy. It was a little noisier than we would have liked during bed time hours. We heard banging and stomping above for hours.

I liked that I got a text from Ivy, the virtual Concierge at the hotel letting me know they were expecting me and was there anything I might need that she could help me with. I wrote back asking if there were any Diet Dr. Peppers in the soda case or should I bring my own. She replied and said YES we have Diet Dr Pepper. I wrote back and said, "You are my new Best Friend then." I was surprised when I read her response,"THANK YOU DEAR BRYAN !!! Thanks, and safe travels!" I thought that was so nice of someone to say. When I arrived at the hotel, there were two women standing at the front desk, both wearing these lovely bright yellow uniforms, smiling as I walked up to the desk. One lady said Welccme to Comfort Inn are you checking in? I said I was but I wanted to talk to Ivy first. They both started to laugh, and finally she said, "You must be Gretchen." Then we were both laughing about the texts and I said I'd been on vacation and had stayed in 17 different hotels and not one of them had ever sent me a text like that and never had I felt like it was real. And whoever came up with the idea was a genius, and they said it was someone in the Corporate Headquarters. But we were talking, and the other woman was asking me about my vacation and where I had been and I told her and she asked me when my plane got in and I said, "I don't fly. I've been on a road trip." And she said, "You drove all this way by yourself?!" Well, between Ivy continuing to check people in, this other woman and I kept talking like old friends. You have two of the nicest employees, and certainly the best PR staff in any hotel I'd stayed in. I felt like we were old friends by the time I got the luggage out of my car, bought my Diet Dr Peppers and went upstairs. By the time I came downstairs the next morning and walked out the door for good, I felt like had two new friends.

That I couldn't stay another couple of days. Great room, very comfortable bed, great reading nook with good lighting, and excellent water pressure!!!

Staff were amazing and very accommodating! Super friendly, quick to help if there were problems! Nice and clean establishment! Will definitely stay again if ever in the area!

Would've loved a hot tub in the pool area, and the pool to have been a little bigger. But definitely not something that would keep me from staying again!

Location & price fit my needs. It was clean.

The woman who checked me in could have been friendlier and faster. She kept speaking in low mumble and wasn’t really speaking directly to me. I was glad she was there though, because I didn’t arrive till 2AM. The breakfast was too processed, especially the thin round pressed circles of egg. Edible, but not attractive or very filling.

Loved the wide variety of Breakfast options and staff was friendly and attentive. My room was kept clean as the house keepers were spectacular. P.s. I’m getting a bed like the one at the hotel at my house. My sleep was great every night.

The neighbors were playing loud music and talking loud so it interrupted my sleep
