Loved the shuttle service, as my fiancé and I had a 15-hr layover. We just wanted to sleep in a comfy bed while waiting that long. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Food was absolutely awesome, and room was clean and comfy. We did indeed get some great sleep.

Shuttle service could be improved in two ways: 1. More clarity during booking on pick-up location at DFW. 2. When I called staff for pick-up at the airport, we had trouble hearing/understanding each other about said pick-up location. He told me to be sure to be at the right spot, because they couldn’t call foreign numbers. Well why not? It’s a hotel chain that cannot dial foreign phone numbers? Is it a matter of know-how or payment plan? I had to dial a foreign phone number from my phone to call the hotel. I’m just thankful the staff was being resourceful, by trying out the possibility that I was on whatsapp, and contacted me that way. Kudos to him for thinking on his feet!

Very good location if you need to stay close to the airport. Nice and spacious room. Very good breakfast

The hotel has a free shuttle service but it is very difficult to understand how to get it. We had to call from the airport (and spend money) because they were not answering by email and the person on the phone was not very nice and didn't explain well where we had to go. So we waited for 40 minutes outside the airport and it was very hot. They should make this easier.

Location, cleanliness.

It took over an hour to check in. The air line got canceled & the people rushed to the hotel to yet another line. Recommendation, Once the business sees this, management needs to react appropriately. There was one person trying to check all the guest at once. “ No Bueno”

The staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was amazing.

My husband sat down in the chair in the room, and it fell over backward with my husband in it. He wasn't hurt, thank God, but if that had been me (I have a healing broken hip) It would have been a different story.

The friendly staff made this a great place to stay. Most places don't have friendly people but this hotel did. We did not have a car and it was raining so we ate most meals in the hotel. The staff was engaging and very helpful.

The room was good overall. The doors were a bit beat up but that is the only negative I'd say about the hotel.

We chose the hotel for its location close to the airport and the inclusion of complimentary transport to and from the airport. The facilities were excellent; the room was spacious, comfortable, and soundproofing was good. We would have been happy to stay longer but this was only a transit stop this time.

There was nothing we did not like.

The breakfast was good and the wait staff was very friendly. We appreciated the shuttle service and the drivers were very friendly. The location is great and near many places to eat if needed.

Since I only stayed one night there was nothing negative that I could say about my experience.

Very good location. I was here for the Mike Tyson fight and it is the easiest hotel to get to and back from the AT&T Dallas Stadium. Staff was very friendly. Bed was very very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent also. Definitely would be staying here again at the same location.

That we were not informed of the in-house shuttle from airport and that when a room booked for 3 people only two were covered for breakfast which was not explained prior booking but the hotel staff was good to us 😀

Breakfast was outstanding! Lots of choices, hot and fresh. Service was exceptional. The quality of bed and bedding provided great nights of rest. Shuttle service to and from airport and outside shuttle option to concert venue made our trip stress free. Thank you!
