Awesome service front desk great location close to everything you could think of super comfortable bed and pull out quiet even though it's by the highway good hot breakfast

Induction stove with one pan and no other pans in room the bathroom wasn't cleaned well hair on top of dispensers that were almost empty upon arrival dusty phone and top.of refrigerator

It was clean, spacious, large tv, curtain divider, stocked kitchen, nice breakfast, tea/coffee bar was available all day. Great location, near a lot of places to eat and a shopping strip.

Our room microwave was broken, so we had to go to the lobby. They did offer to fix it, but we declined as we were checking out the next day. There was a gas smell in the pool area where all of the dryers vented. The night receptionist wasn’t the friendliest or most patient person, especially compared to the other staff we encountered. I do not hear very well and she was visibly annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself. Not a deal breaker, but I was glad another review mentioned that there was no conditioner in the shower.

The positives. location. value. room size. newer property. comfortable bed and pillows. nice shower with great water pressure. There was a air vent in the room that was filthy. The shower had pubic hair in it. The breakfast hours where only 6-9 and nothing to speak of for someone with a gluten allergy. The front desk man I talked to prior to arrival was rude to me and very unhelpful but the check in and check out ladies where friendly and component. Summary- overall it was good. Still room for some improvement.

The location was by a target, dollar tree, several department stores, restaurants, & movies. The expressway next to us allowed a faster trip to our destinations. Breakfast was great

Didn’t like the narrow pool

The property was clean, convenient, and amenities in room were great! Breakfast was yummy! Staff friendly and helpful.

The beds were too hard, but that’s my preference. Also, I wish the rooms had safes in them.

The location was great. We didn't spend our days in the hotel so our experience is based on our nights there.

The mattress on the pullout couch could be better. You could feel the frame and it wasn't comfortable at times. the pullout couch needs 2 pillows and an extra thick blanket. When my husband checked in the staff was not pleasant to him.

We love everything about the property. The staff were friendly, caring, and very helpful. The property was clean. The rooms were comfortable and plenty of options for breakfast. It was an excellent area and centrally located for our family.

We liked everything and have no complaints.

The staff were willing to help with anything you needed. We were hoping our room would have stove and it didn't. However,the staff gave us a hot plate and extra pots and pans. It was so helpful. Everything was super clean which was nice when your traveling with little children

I wish the room had extra pillows. Not that we didn't have pillows, but they deflated a bit, and extra would have been nice for us who like really fluffy pillows.

Location is very convenient, plenty of parking. Room was clean and spacious . Very nice gym and pool. Friendly staff. I think I've found the place to stay when visiting family here in Euless.

Nothing that I can think of...

It was very clean, people were really kind, we loved the room, breakfast was good. Perfect to have a good rest before travelling. Airport is very close.

Bed sheets were full of static charge!
