The location inside Terminal D of DFW Airport, right outside TSA was super convenient for a short overnight layover, saving us time which translated to more sleep. The lobby is upstairs an escalator outside the security area and easy to find. Check in was extremely fast and we were to our room within about 10-15 minutes of landing. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and comfort of the hotel. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the decor was modern.

Price seemed a little high at first, but given the convenience and quality of the room, the price is justified. We did not check out any of the amenities or restaurant.

Staff was professional and prompt in all of our interactions. Our suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in an American chain hotel. Waitstaff in the restaurant was excellent. If you are flying American Airlines it is convenient to use this hotel as you can enter airport security directly on the level below the hotel.

Quite a drive using the shuttle service at night. No clear directive on how to arrive to the hotel using the shuttle or SkyLink tram service.

Very friendly staff, nice room, great view onto airport, excellent dinner, convenient location to check in luggage any time after 3:30 am for flights that take-off from terminal D.

Our flight landed in a different terminal (not D). We had to pick up our luggage and had to exit via outside doors towards ground transportation. It was freezing cold outside. We had to wait 10-15 minutes outside until a bus shuttle came by to pick us up to be driven to the Grand Hyatt Hotel at terminal D entering through their front door from the outside.

Exceptionally awesome check-in with Alexia, who made my day with her outstanding smile and professional-cordial ways!! After that, it just had to be a wonderful stay! Loved everything about the hotel! My room was very quiet with a great view on the runway, good minibar and coffee-maker. Water kettle was available upon request. The hotel is very easy to find, right by Terminal D and the perfect place, if you are catching an early flight. Or - if you are catching a flight in the evening - you can leave your luggage at the hotel, explore Dallas during the day and pick up your luggage later. Thanks Hyatt!

Can't think of anything that I did not like!

Standard of food was way above expectations and presented well. Staff on arrival and throughout were attentive, polite and kind. Room was clean, spacious and well-designed. Well-stocked mini bar and a decent (although reduced) room service menu. The option of a late checkout, chargeable by the hour was extremely helpful and exactly what was needed whilst needing to work somewhere peaceful and comfortable before needing to go for one's flight.

Convenient, great location and easy stay in transit. Comfortable beds with great sheets. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests.

On the pricy side. Locked mini bar seemed overly complicated and unnecessary in this kind of room…. Maybe just take everything out of it and leave a working refrigerator with some free waters.

Directions to get there are VERY poor. It would have been useful to know. - as a first time visitor that you can get to terminal D and enter the hotel very easily for other terminals using the train, rather than using the bus outside the terminal. As well the signage is terrible outside terminal D - it doesnt tell you to go inside the terminal to get to the hotel visa the escalators. A major challenge when arriving late at night.

Loved that it was inside the airport and I just had to collect my bags and walk up an escalator to check in. Super convenient and a very welcome relief after a long flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I ordered room food service -I ordered a Caesar salad and it was not very good at all. That would be my only downside to this. Ordering the food was very easy and seamless, I just didn't like the quality of the salad

The convenience of the location as I was traveling with person with a disability.

The shower does not support a wheelchair person. My husband is a stroke victim and he cannot put his leg over a shower. Just having bars by the shower or toilet does not make it accessible alone.

The beds are extremely comfortable. They had a portable crib for baby and toiletries. Water was given at check-in and is right inside the terminal near TSA. It's worth the money when traveling with baby. It dimished the stress and hassle of getting to the airport after a long night traveling. The restaurant inside the hotel was ok with a few vegan options .

Because of the location, I really couldn't see myself using any of the amenities such as the pool or gym. No food delivery (uber eats, grĺpuhub, door dash) is provided in this hotel, making it a bit of an Airport food trap. Room service is limited after 10 pm, and our flight arrived after that time, and no food was available.
