We stayed for 5 nights. We did not spend a lot of time in the room as we were exploring most of the days. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was spacious, bed was really comfortable and there were loads of channels on the TV.

The restocking of amenities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and cups) in the room was a bit lacking. We were at reception asking for supplies almost every night.

Spacious room, big bathroom, good amenities/appliances in the room, comfy bed, slept really well arriving jetlagged at DFW after a transatlantic flight.

Info of how to get to the hotel on arrival at DFW could be clearer. In the afternoon/evening their courtesy shuttle goes only every 2 hours. The taxi ride from the terminal to the hotel was ~ $35, which included the toll road and credit card fee. Returning to the terminal the next morning was with the free shuttle - no complaints there.

The straff was amazing! The woman who picked us up in the free shuttle from the airport was more than nice! The staff checked us in early and we were provided free breakfast even before checking in. The poolarea was great for the kids! The beds were very comfortable. Our King suite was good for a family of five. All staff was very helpful. Perfect place to stay for a layover!

It was only 4 miles from the airport, which was important because we were in and out of Dallas with a single night stay. Everyone was friendly, and they had a full service breakfast included in the price. I had expected a continental breakfast, but they had the full gambit of eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Definitely a good value.

I have no complaints.

No reply to emails sent before our stay to ask about shuttle bus pick up from airport . Only to discover when we arrive shuttle bus only runs certain hours cost us to pay for taxi to hotel ,but it offered return shuttle as we were in that shuttle bus certain hour time

Service was great, staff was wonderful, bedding was clean, beds comfortable.

Was disappointed at the chipped wall paint and bathroom, though clean enough, had many cracked/broken floor tiles with no grout. Shower/tub had brown messy caulking and poor repairs. Was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards.

The breakfast was good and the pool was clean and refreshing.

There were kids running around and stomping above us and being loud between 9-11pm They were very loud and interpreted our sleep.

The staffs are extremely nice, there are shuttle service which is absolutely amazing !

The hotel kinda ages, and the location could be kinda remote. you might need an extra walk to go to the closest shop. but overall it’s great.

It was comfy and secure. Good family hotel. Also loved all the options the breakfast offered, considering I have such picky eaters it was good to have a variety of options. Much appreciated!

I loved the location and size of our room

I was excited for the jacuzzi in our room but unfortunately it didn’t work. There was also a loose tile in the room that we kept tripping over.
