Our stay was great - pretty much as expected. The room was bigger than I thought which was nice. Other than that - the customer service and stay was great. Our kids loved the pool and the changing colors of the lights inside the pool - a nice and fun touch. Thank you!

The only small complaint I have is the cleaner smell was so strong and unsettling. Of course I'm thankful that it was obvious the room was just cleaned, but the chemical smell was a little too strong. I suggest switching products if possible.

Comfortable, spacious room; excellent price range of choices in in-house restaurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet well stocked. A quiet and welcoming respite from long haul travel. All staff interactions were kind, courteous and sincere. Shuttle service excellent. Wonderful to be out of airport space and breathe fresh air, rather than stay in DFW airport.

Nothing…my second stay and still no dislikes.

The staff was very friendly. The shuttle driver was very helpful. We were able to get an early check in wich was perfect as I was frazzled after a ridiculous early travel day. Front desk hooked us up with extra complimentary water, much needed as well.

The price point was not worth it in my opinion. The facility was a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Location was great as well, airport, shopping, etc. The value wasn't there for the price point.

I didn’t try out all the amenities, but the location was good, easy to find the general area, a little more difficult to figure out how to get to the hotel within the parking lot/ other businesses. I did really like how close it was to historic Grapevine, that was quite a nice treat

The maids did great, but the customer interacting staff were not as welcoming as I expected, but was on par with my other recent stays in other large cities in the US. No one was rude, just not as friendly as I expected. There were tornado sirens during my stay, and I felt more could have been done to prepare the guests- I got back to the hotel and they had already been going off for a while- a sign at the elevators about what to do in such a situation would have helped, as Dallas is no stranger to tornadoes, but some of the other guests were confused about what was happening.

The location was perfect. We had to attend a dance competition and it was easy to access and return back to the hotel.

When housekeeping came to pick up the dirty towels they only left 1 large bath towel. There were 2 adults. Why wouldn't they had left 2 latlrge bath towels? My sister was staying across the hall. Her son was in the shower and she went downstairs to get more towels. Whoever was at the counter told her she would send housekeeping up and couldn't give her towels? They never came up to bring the towels. We walked downstairs to the 1st floor and had to grab 2 towels off the housekeeping cart. I dont think that was very helpful or that person never told housekeeping?

Nice complimentary shuttle to airport and within 5 miles of the hotel, very useful. Took a lift to the town center of Grapevine and to local restaurants as well as to airport. Raul is a very kind driver. Thank you so much Raul for being so kind and providing heartfelt services. Also beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Room was clean, spacious. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great.

The front desk lady wasn’t very friendly. I booked this hotel because it said that it had a free airport shuttle but it didn’t say that the shuttle didn’t start until 7 am- too late for our flight - do we had to pay $40 for an Uber. The air conditioning unit was very noisy

The Hilton was beautiful, staff was amazing! Clean facility inside and out. The room was great! We will stay here whenever we are in the area this place was awesome! One of the best places we have ever stayed and we do travel a lot!

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good location, great shuttle service with fabulous drivers.

Coffee wasn’t always refilled although reception always gave me more. Food menus not on display

Clean and spacious King bed suite. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

$75 pet fee for 1 night...our dog is not destructive at all, but I guess we have to pay for those that are.
