We were stayiing for one night, before the big flight out of Dallas, so we did not get to chech out all the facilities, but the hotel was very clean, staff was beyond helpful and fun, beds were comfortable, with amenities provided. Location is excellent if you need to get to the airport, and there are several restaurants and pubs nearby, if you want to get out in the evening. Parking was convenient, right by the front entrance. Police division is right across the street, which adds that extra layer of security.

Breakfast could use a bit more variety, but we did love waffles.

We were welcomed with a friendly smile and an interest for our stay. She was very quick to check us in and sure to provide us with great information about the facility. We were very happy with the cleanliness, the temperature and the breakfast area was very clean and the food was good. We highly appreciate the care that has gone in to the facility. Keep up the good work.

Didn't find one thing wrong with it.

The room was great. Very clean, comfortable and was set up very efficiently.

TV guide was inadequate. There were a lot more channels available than what the guide contained and I only found the additional channels by accident. Breakfast didn’t have any eggs. Sausages ran out and were not replaced until I had left. Trash cans were full and overflowing.

The location is convenient and easy to a lot of things in DFW. Would recommend as a good place to stay for metroplex at large.

Breakfast could have been better - but it's a continental breakfast at best so you should go in expecting that. Pool was also freezing cold, even though the weather hasn't been cold or anything.

Great location, service and rooms

They hold amounts on our cards before we arrive to the property which is inconvenient. And it's confusing how much amount comes in and goes out. I noticed another guest having a similar confusing issue.

Madi was great. Friendly, personable, helpful. An asset to the hotel and front desk.

The powdered scrambled eggs were terrible. The beds are comfortable only to high to get in for short people.

The rooms are nice sized and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good with lots of variety. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at this hotel every April for the last 3 years and have been very pleased with it as you can tell.

We had asked for the room to be serviced with fresh towels, etc. and it wasn't. Not a huge deal but had to go back down and get towels, etc.

It was adequate but not great. The last day, we enjoyed breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

Better breakfast options like freshly made omelettes and pancakes. Fresh cut up fruit.

Great location for our Fort Worth, Grapevine and Dallas events. Loved the room layout, amenities and comfort. Little touches in the room like water and snacks - complimentary. Really nice. Staff was kind and very helpful.

Nothing - we’ll stay here again.

The breakfast was ok. I thought Saturday, we would have bacon but it was sausage. Otherwise, it was very good.
