very nice hotel with friendly staff
bathroom shower was handicap accessible which was nice looking and clean. After taking a shower noticed water ran out of the shower along the wall and flooded the hallway. we had to use all out towels to clean it up. still waiting for my 50.00 incidental refund

I have stayed here many times as I have to travel into the Westlake area and work at Fidelity. I love the location to work, my gym (Lifesize), and places to eat.
The stay price to stay Sunday-Friday is getting costly and I am searching for other hotels in the area to help reduce the cost.

It was clean & safe.
My first room, the microwave & fridge didn’t work. The desk worker Martin couldn’t believe it. So he gave me another room all the way at the end of the third floor. That room had pieces of paper under the desk area to make it level but it wasn’t & the shower lower foot was nasty & NOT clean.

This property was definitely better than most of the Holiday Inn properties that I have stayed at. The property was clean, the staff friendly and the location was perfect for my needs. The food in the restaurant was very good, however the waitstaff was somewhat lacking.

Staff were great. It has all you need for a short stay. Attached restaurant was great for breakfast. Room was much larger than expected.

The bed was very comfortable. The channel selection for the TV was excellent. staff was very friendly and helpful.
The laundry services on my floor were not accessible with my key. I went to the 4th floor to find accessible washer and dryer. It was fine, just a little inconvenient.

Everything was very clean and elegant.
There were no washcloths in the room. The road construction made it a little difficult to get there, but you could not help that.

Best location I have stayed in over 2 years. Sorry I didn't find this location sooner. I'll be back!!
The sink in the bathroom wasn't getting Hot water. Had to shave with cold water.

The room was nice, roomy, and clean. The bed was comfortable. Great area! Affordable place to stay! Don’t mess this up. 😊
The coffee in the lobby was empty a little after 9am. 😕
