We liked so much about the hotel - the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the comfort of the room!

The only real problem we had during our stay happened on our first night. We checked in at 3pm, then went to eat dinner at 5. At the time, there were only a few other cars in the parking lot. When we returned, there was not a single parking spot left. People were even parked along the curbs. We were told there was a church convention meeting there for a few hours that night. So we were not able to park our vehicle on site until the convention goers began to leave around 10 pm. Our suggestion is that in the future, perhaps the church members could park offsite and be shuttled to the hotel.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating! Nice room with good seating options. Nice size shower and lots of storage in the room. The hotel was quiet and in a good location (despite roadwork, but that’s not their fault!). We did not utilize the bar area, but it looked nice. I appreciated the little snack area so we could buy drinks and snacks for our room and not have to go elsewhere!

I truly don’t have anything negative other than I wish breakfast was included. Maybe other places do it this way now, but I would have appreciated even a simple included breakfast. That is not a reflection of the property, just Holiday Inn in general.

Brand new hotel, very very nice top to bottom, rooms were immaculate, fantastic lobby restaurant w breakfast and dinner/drinks, easily accessible location

Upon checking in, front desk lost my reservation and was lost trying to find it and made me call the GM myself, which at the time was quite frustrating… but after about 45 mins, between the manager and the customer service personnel I was on the phone with, we were able to get everything figured out and we were all set… manager was very personable and apologetic and she, along with the rest of the staff, provided top notch customer service the remainder of the weekend, still highly recommend 9.5/10

Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel lobby was very clean and had great parking right out front. The layout of the room was great and actually exceeded my expectations because I hadn’t stayed here before.

I couldn’t stream any services. Not really a fan of basic cable. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open without assistance which was a little annoying but I just put something in front on the floor to hold it.

It was a nice set up and it was located close to our departure.

They put in a handicapped room and the cold water from the faucets and shower wasn’t available. The shower basin was cracking and I was afraid to fall so I didn’t even take a shower that night and that goes for my other family members. WiFi was weak and it kept throwing off the channels from the tv.

They staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is new, clean and smells amazing. The room was very clean and spacious with a desk and two sitting chairs, sheets are super soft and bed was comfy. There were lots of usb outlets for charging our electronics. We had dinner at the restaurant in the lobby, as well as a couple of drinks at the bar, the food was very good and the bartender made excellent drinks. I would definitely stay here again.

when taking a shower, you have to get in the shower to turn it on and then turn the knob “all” the way around. That means you get ice cold water spraying on you which is not so great.

It seems very new and clean. The staff were friendly. There was a problem with my booking, and the supervisor handled very well and was very polite. The room was much larger than I expected.

It was a bit loud. We could hear people walking down the hall and in the room next to us. I know that’s nit picking, but it seemed the walls were pretty thin compared other hotels I’ve stayed in.

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent.

The hallway sink between the coffeemaker and the microwave should have a paper towel affixed to the wall above the sink. Wiping one's hands is difficult when walking with wet hands into the bathroom to wipe one's hands.

lobby was clean. room was clean. had good size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower so that was helpful

Front desk employee was unwelcome and unfriendly. He didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in, didn’t say he would be with us soon as he was helping another customer in front of us. Was awkward silence the whole time. Then chose to answer the phone while helping us, made us wait while he continued to help the person on the phone.

very convenient! right where we needed to be, without all the hassle of the big city.

was give another room cause our bathtub fixture wouldn’t work. which was awesome.. but the new rooms door was giving problems with opening and locking. which they quickly resolved. Overall, a very pleasant stay 😊
