Location is great. Hotel beautiful and clean. They charged us for 1 night not 3 because of room issues.

Our toilet didn’t flush when we arrived had to call maintenance. Floor was wet like the mop bucket spilled. The handle came off in my hand in the shower. I lost my deceased mom’s earring in the drain and they were supposed to sent maintenance to see if there was a trap,no one showed up. There were 3 big tiles loose and sharp and moved when stepped on. But they said it’s getting remodeled soon. They charge 4 dollars each day to park your car.

The atmosphere and set up of the property

I was rushed out of there by the actual cleaning Manager. I understand it’s a Sunday and you might wanna get home early. But to force me out of my room 3 hours early. And at that I was downstairs eating breakfast I paid for. Come back to my room that I paid for and the housekeeper manager In my room laughing on a personal call l.

Booked on booking.com . Was given a price for 564.80 on booking site. Then was charged almost 800 bucks for 2 nights . Spoke with a manager on duty and He said he didn't understand how I was charged that much for 2 nights. Still trying to resolve this matter with the Hotel.

Had to ask for towels and the room was not cleaned daily.

that the Manager at the Hilton made sure I was taken care of when Booking.com did not and that is who I booked my stay through.

that I booked my reservation through booking.com and did not have reservation with the Hilton through booking.com when I arrived and booking.com left me sitting in the Lobby for over 1 and 1/2 hours with no care of what they put me through and did not follow up with me to make sure I was taking care of.

friendly staff , clean room, free drinking water is offered in the lobby, amenities (office, pool, gym) , located by the freeway and near restaurants.

snacks and drinks are overly priced. $3 for bottled water ?! wow. I understand 1.50 but $3 per water added up really quick when buying multiple plus snacks. other than this, our stay was pleasant.

I could have sworn when I made the booking in October, the website indicated free breakfast. But it was not.

The cleaning crew knocking on our door at 10AM to come clean our room when it's not check out time! Twice!

The hotel was extremely clean and very comfortable for our 1 day last minute getaway. The price wasn't bad either.

Room 331: Bed was great and liked the large walk-in shower

The food in the restaurant on the premises was a 3 on a scale of 1-10. All of it seemed like it was heated in a micro wave. On order #1: The grilled chicken was rubbery and the slice of cheese (from individually wrapped singles) was 10% melted on top of the chicken. The vegetables were barely even warm. On order #2: The grilled salmon was dry. The same vegetables were barely warm. The mashed potatoes, was the only item good to eat. Not worth the $40+ that I paid. Cafeteria food is better than this. You'll do better to eat somewhere else!!
