Property is new and in great condition. The staff was friendly and professional. Included breakfast was good. Location is excellent and not right by the freeway so it’s quiet. And the Booking.com rate was half of what the Hyatt website wanted for the same room. It will be my new go-to hotel choice when I’m in the area. Very satisfied!

Only one thing: I can’t stand wall thermostats that either have the fan always running or off. No “auto” setting where the blower comes on only when the system is heating or cooling. It’s annoying to always have the air circulating and making noise when you’re trying to sleep or watch TV. Why would any modern building have these lousy thermostats?

There's no "soft light", so if one person is up with a light on, it's ON. The underside of coffee maker was filthy. Have never thought of checking this, but will do so from now on. Looked like jelly where the water comes out, so the cup got a bit on it each time. Breakfast was disappointing since they are now charging $8/pp. For free, fine. $8 for what they called "upgraded" didn't cut it. No make your own waffles was also disappointing. We were there 6 days and except for swapping cold pancakes for french toast or waffles, everything was the same. Pre-made and reheated. No microwave in our room. Nothing really set this apart from staying at Best Western which was our other choice for 40% less.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was awesome. So many restaurants and shopping close by.

I like everything. The showers are always clean, the bathroom space is huge. I also like the rooms being spacious also along with the super comfortable beds. I love how big the windows are along with the tinted shades and I love how the room temperature actually matches the desired temperature that you choose in the room as in the thermostat works perfectly.

I didn’t like that I can’t use the apps on the tv because i always have trouble pairing to the google chrome casts. I use the hotel WiFi I also follow the directions but I can’t seem to get help with that so that’s a bit of a down side. I also haven’t received my 35 dollars fee from three different previous stays at the hotel. The money is being taken off out of my account but it doesn’t come back after I’ve checked out.

The hotel was super clean and it was in a wonderful location. We felt felt safe.

I want to say we came Back about 11:30 and didn’t go to bed until 1am. When we laid down we noticed a hum of some sort. It came in 25 second intervals, would last for 10 seconds and then repeat… all night long. My daughter woke up this morning and asked me if I heard the terrible humming all night. We had no idea what it was. It wasn’t the air conditioning, tv or the fridge. We even asked some people in the elevator if they experienced the same thing. They didn’t. So it was def in our room. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

N/A Didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area looked cozy! The staff were all amazing and kind! Housekeeping always adhered to our DND sign! Located next to several shopping plazas and a movie theater which was amazing. Lot's to do in the area.

The Wi-fi was a little spotty at times but honestly for free Wi-fi couldn't complain. Would maybe recommend adding more optional tiers of alternative faster speed/more reliable internet for additional costs if guests prefer.

Thought breakfasts were terrific! Food always hot and excellent tasting, one of reasons I chose this hotel. Employees@ desk & bar always helpful as was maintenance folks when called. Only down side was i didn't get the handicap room I requested the first night. Desk corrected that on following nights.

Toilet in Handicap room were not the newer height of 17". When everything in room was thought out don't know how that was missed. Some hotels have a "riser" to add if needed.

The facilities were in excellent condition. The location to food, activities, shopping, and anything that you might need was a short drive or walking distance. My spouse and I enjoyed the whole experience mostly. I would stay again.

The air conditioning system would fluctuate throughout the day and night. It was difficult to maintain an ideal temperature. Hopefully, the hotel will ensure air conditioning units operate within factory guidelines.

Check in was absolutely wonderful. They were nice and very organized. We did come in late and the storms were bad and the people there were helpful and friendly. I loved that it was clean in the kitchen area(breakfast time).

The breakfast could have used more options. Would have like to see bacon or ham on the food line. I really enjoyed the bagels. They did not have whole milk but enough of complaining.

The property was clean and close to restaurants, shopping and the Stockyards. Breakfast was great and they had a good spread with food selection rotated. The gym was standard, well kept and clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked a bit small. The staff was friendly but not over the top. We would stay at this location again if in the area.
