The location was great. On and off the interstate was super easy! The hotel was clean, they are renovating the hotel at this time but it did not interfere with our stay! The staff was super friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. The pillows weren’t so great but at least they were the regular size versus the small ones you find now a days in hotel rooms. It did look like they may of just renovated our room on the 3rd floor. They do have shampoo/Conditioner and body gel in shower if you forget them, also body lotion out at the sink area. Towels were big which is awesome the last 2 hotels we stayed at had such small ones.

The only thing honestly we can say that was unsatisfactory was that the fridge didn’t have a freezer and the microwave was small.

Getting our rooms situated was a tall order for the check in desk. Upon check-in the lady tried giving me two rooms that were already occupied, imagine my humiliation walking into someone else's room. Then because a "second-set" of keys were made the original occupants got locked out of their room. It took three tries to get it right.

Clean, and the air conditioning worked. The staff was so kind and helpful.

Bed weren’t very comfortable, pillows are terrible. The air conditioning was so loud when it kicked on. The room seem a little out dated. The colors reminded me of an old nursing home room.

The property was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was delicious! I will definitely stay here again when in the area!!! When I say the staff was friendly that’s a little understated. Every single person we interacted with was helpful and happy. It was a wonderful experience.

It smelled great when you walked in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The carpets on the 3rd floor need replacement. I almost fell tripping over the kinks in the carpet.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved them.

Coffee wasn't completely replaced after use. Printer in business office didn't work but our check out clerk Jackie saved the day.

I did not realize that breakfast did not come with the room and had to be paid separately. Not sure if it is that way all the time or just because they were a place for voting.

Great value and convenient location

Bed was a bit firm for our taste and including breakfast like everyone else would be ideal--but they didn't promise breakfast so our expectations we met very well.

All the food was excellent as well as the staff.

The carpeting was a bit old, and needed to be cleaned in the hallways.

Loved most everything

Loved everything except that I had to pay an additional $15 for my breakfast that I never have to pay for at all the other Hilton properties I have stayed at.
