Nice room, rate wasn’t too terrible, easy to find my room. 24 hour Starbucks inside hotel. Plenty of pillows and nice size room and bathroom.

Check in was confusing and the person who checked me out said the way the person checked me in wasn’t normally how they did things. But overall everything worked out okay. The fridge could be a little bigger. Still waiting on the initial charge for incidentals to be refunded at the moment.

Furniture was very comfortable in the room. Overall the amenities are very nice , staff is very nice. Also, the housekeeping definitely nice doing above Average job felt very cozy and taken care of

The facility is somewhat dated. Wallpaper is coming off in the rooms and the rooms have cottage cheese ceilings. I also would like to see an electric charger for EV’s which was missing.

I love that in years of staying at this hotel, because family close by, I have always been able to get a room, staff is usually very nice. I have only had 1 time, the staff acted unprofessional and were rude. Other than that this is by far my favorite hotel of any I have stayed at. The pool and hot tub are always clean and working. They have a beautiful area with a fire pit. Great for socializing with family or others.

Best avacado toast I have ever had! The guy at the bar was so nice and polite. The check in attendant was so kind and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or like I was a bother. The room was clean and we were sad to leave. I’m staying at a holiday inn suite in Altus OK and I can assure you that Marriott is WAYYYYYYYY better than any igh hotel I have had to stay at.

The only thing that would have been better would have been room service with smores. Like seriously this was the nicest hotel I’ve been too in soooooo long.

I really loved staying at this location. I felt like I was in the middle of Denton and everything seemed so close by. I wish there were rooms available for my next trip! :(

I did not like that the cookies they had laying out had peanuts. I grabbed one by accident and began to scratch and cough. Please be more nut friendly. My allergic reaction isn't as bad as others but I would appreciate it if peanut cookies were not placed with other cookies.

Hotel is clean & modern, with a friendly staff. Our Room was cleaned every day which was appreciated but unexpected. Thanks for a nice 4 day stay

The only thing I usually visit at other hotels is breakfast and evening drinks in the lobby area but your setup wasn't what I was looking for. I do like Continental breakfast which you didn't offer.

It was a clean room that was large enough for what we wanted. Friendly staff all around.

The sofa bed is only a twin! Breakfast is thru a vendor and might as well be non-existent since there are limited hours and is an additional charge. For the price of the room there should be a nice breakfast to be a real value in comparison to surrounding hotels.

Great location first of all. Check in was fast and friendly, great size room, great amenities...

The bed... the bed was so uncomfortable. I had back and neck pain from the bed, otherwise it was great.

Awesome staff that greeted us every time we walked in and out. I get the whole contactless thing but there is still an opportunity to be welcoming. The facilities were very nice. The nicest we stayed in of the 3 hotels we have stayed at in Denton. This will be the place we come back to having tried two other hotels in the immediate area of UNT where our daughter now goes.

Everything met or exceeded expectations. We will come back for sure.

A very nice hotel with good amenities. The bartender was personable and makes a great old fashioned. The hot tub and pool are good.
