We stayed in 2 rooms, the kids (ages 10-17) stayed in 1 room and my husband in the other. There was a room between us but for the most part we were ok. With Copa America in town, room rates were crazy so this was the cheapest option for my sons soccer tournament. King bed was hard. We always bring our pillows. Typical no frills hotel rooms. Mini fridge and microwave in room. I brought my electric skillet and just used it for hot dogs. We got dominos delivered to the room easily and dennys is next door. Walmart is across the freeway. Pool is shallow so good for wading. Dogs are welcome for a fee. We paid $150 for 2 dogs for 7 nights

Spa was stained. There is construction is ongoing and the kept parking their machine in our handicap spot. Breakfast is as cheap as it gets. 3 options for cereal. Waffles were chewy. Did not seem to be restocked so we ended up at dennys next door or buy our own cereal. Coffee was good

The admitting staff member handled a difficult check-in guest ahead of us but to his credit he handled it very well and was friendly to us as we checked in right behind her. The hotel seemed in good condition in all general public areas (hallways, lobby, breakfast area) and our own room accommodation was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was okay. I was disappointed that most of the offerings were grain related: waffle, muffins, bagel, oatmeal. There were no scrambled eggs or breakfast meats. Other than the waffle, no hot breakfast options were available.

Staff were amazing especially the shuttle driver who was friendly, and prompt, easy to communicates d always smiling. Eli at front desk is exceptional, he had excellent customer service skills, explained everything, very helpful - I was in standby I asked him I may come back to the hotel if there is any problem, he assured me a good rate, and said he would leave a note for his colleague and any problems ask his colleague to call him. He assured that the shuttle driver would still collect me even though I would not have a reservation. Please convey my sincere thanks to Eli and all the staff. I will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends visiting. I look forward to coming to Dallas again and will stay here.

No evening meals but hotel staff advised they will recommend places to eat whereby they would drop you and pick you up

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Good airport shuttle service and the driver Antonio was fantastic. At check in staff member Al was awesome. This guy is so pleasant and nice, he is certainly one of the very best in the hotel business. The rooms are nice and big with a couch. The location is excellent. Dennys 24 hours restaurant is next door. Red Lobster is 5 minutes walk and Olive Garden is 10 minutes. The Irving Mall is 15 minutes walk and there are a few other stores within 10 minutes walk. For the price this hotel is a great choice and I will always come back.

My favorite thing was the price I got for two rooms for two nights. Also, the quick and easy check-in.

The room had a bad smell when we got there. I did get advised downstairs at check-in that sometimes the cleaning sprays or fragrances are too strong for some people. The smell seemed like a strong bleach smell so I'm guessing from cleaning supplies used. After a while the smell was not as strong and we were able to have a good weekend stay.

The pleasantness and helpfulness of staff from when I got picked up by the shuttle until I left the hotel. Easy accessibility to shopping malls and restaurants. Free shuttle service to and from reasonable distances from the hotel if you're not driving.

Limited variety of breakfast, but what was available was basic enough to have an okay breakfast

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful. And the property had an airport shuttle which as critical for us. Good breakfast was available.

The first room we were given was in the midst of being repaired. We had to go back to the front desk and get a new room. As stated previously, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He got us into a good room very quickly and I can’t say enough about his professionalism.

The Hotel offered a comfortable stay with a great location. The room was clean and spacious, the Wi-Fi was excellent. and the breakfast buffet had good variety. Staff was friendly specially Mr. Garston at Front Desk was very supportive & professional.

DEDICATED LIFT FOR GUESTS

La Quinta was reasonably close to the airport. Although we had to wait a while for the shuttle from the airport, going back to the airport the next morning was easier and faster.

We had already been waiting hours after our plan landed - first for it to pull up to the airport and then to claim our luggage, which didn't show up. After we finally arrived at the hotel with the shuttle, there was quite a long line up to check in, and just one person working at the desk.

STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL!!Al made it so easy to allow my sister to check in without me and then allow me to cover expenses once I arrived!! Also having the free shuttle to and from the airport made it so very convenient!

We had an adjoining room with an unknown to us family, and they were incredibly loud and children were up very late and very early in the morning. Slammed the door constantly. Breakfast could use a few more options. Maybe some hot options instead of just the waffles.
