Location, price, surroundings and the rooms are fine. The staff does a great job except they don't have control of the noise factor. Loud music and people roaming the corridors at night make it hard to sleep. Someone was playing irritating loud music none stop.

The noise. I reported thrice and fourth time walked to the front desk zero response. The hotel hotel has a major problem with noise. They allow some residents to play loud music or leave TV on at the loudest noise all day long and night. We come to the hotel to sleep and have peace of mind. This hotel must take action against the noise menace. The back parking lot also has people hanging around. The notion of security come into mind. Safety must be a top priority and they have no security officer on the property. Noise and safety need to be addressed. I must check out because I could not sleep 2 days in a row. I m very disappointed.

I’ve stayed at the property several times and I like it’s convenient location. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and professional.

I myself I’m a smoker, and the only thing that I didn’t like about the property is that they don’t provide a smoking pavilion outside

Fair price, clean rooms, safe stay, shopping centre hence excellent location off highway, excellent staff, quick service, diversity and I just felt at home. Oyo is exceptional in many ways. I appreciate the service. Non smoking environment. That is good.

They should introduce some fresh coffee and soft complimentary drinks like orange juice and apple juices on the lobby. Weekend prices go up abnormally.

Clean and comfortable, albeit a bit dated.

My only complaint was I couldn't adjust the air conditioner so I got very very cold . I finally just turned it to 'fan' and was comfortable the rest of the night.

I like the location but I seen a roach in my room when I 1st came in my room.

The color make it look like a horror movie red doors is crazy if the paint on all the doors or scratched up.

Lot of women around facility and front desk sexy women as well and we can all had sex and be loud and they don't care

Couldn't figure out how to close the door from the outside initially. Staff helped me though.
