I liked the upgrades Motel 6 has done! It is a great improvement. Though still a basic room, it felt very clean. There were no pests or anything dirty. The bed was comfortable with no stains or holes. The room did not smell stale or like smoke. No overly loud noises or people. There are people about, but mostly in their cars. No sketchy people hanging out or around as some other motels might allow.

The parking lot can get full quickly. I did not have a problem with this, however some might, there are some people sitting in their cars smoking. This is because everyone is truly respecting the non-smoking status of the motel.

No breakfast but they have good choice of snacks in vending machines, and easy access to fast foods also a waffel House next door , and good location and Fish House And other restaurants near by, and great Staff and workers it's a very good place to stay.

Everything was great and I have been staying there every time I visit Irving over the past years and will continue doing so , to me there's no other place it's all ways a friendly place and safe surroundings.

When I arrived, I was to have a room on the ground floor with a sparking space since no accessible rooms were available. The female clerk told me that I had a room on the second floor. I informed her that my reservation stated first floor room. The clerk checked the reservation again and told me she had an accessible room on the ground floor which was satisfactory. Problem resolved..

The amount of money we spent for three nights was great! I was a little nervous staying at a motel 6 however, the room was very clean and the nighttime was peaceful. Overall great stay

The towels were thin as paper.

Friendly staff, not noisy at all, great location with places to dine and lunch in walking distance, comfortable, very clean and everything you may need in a room working well and provided.

That the price was raised for the eclipse but ... oh well, that's totally understandable!!

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Staff helped me with my key since it kept deactivating and were quick to fix the issue. Over all thank you for the wonderful experience!

it's clean and quite. I work overnight and when I get off I need to sleep and its peaceful here. Housekeeping is the best.

There is no breakfast.

No breakfast, but I already knew that. It would be nice if a microwave was in the room because I buy sandwiches at the 7 Eleven for breakfast. I do like that my room was cleaned after being there one day. This is my favorite motel 6 in Irving.
