I recently stayed at Candlewood Suites Dallas Market Center-Love Field, an IHG Hotel, and had an excellent experience. The location was perfect for my needs, offering easy access to my destination. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen that had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The service was outstanding; the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in Dallas.

While my stay at Candlewood Suites Dallas Market Center-Love Field, an IHG Hotel, was generally excellent, there were a few drawbacks. The extra cost for snacks and amenities was a bit steep. I ended up paying $2 for a banana, which felt overpriced.

The room was huge and comfortable, and we liked the mini kitchen.

I didn't like the fact that all the money you pay and there was no free breakfast or a kitchen to offer a meal. Most hotels have a chef to cook a meal you can purchase or breakfast ready.The little room downstairs was too expensive. Remember when people are traveling things are already expensive so why not make it less stressful especially for families that travel and offer breakfast at your hotel. Holiday Inn was less expensive and had the same suite but had free breakfast. Also I shouldn't have to be turned away for towels at a hotel I'm staying at. Things like that should be well over stocked as much money as I payed, that was weird asking for a towel and being told wait till next morning when they can wash some more, like really.

The staff was really friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. It was really quiet. Our room stayed nice and cold in the Texas heat. The location was never too far from anywhere we wanted to visit. It was also easily accessible with parking always available.

Our room was clean, but the property wasn’t consistently clean. One time we came back from dinner and the first floor had some putrid smell. We were staying on the 3rd floor so by the time we got to the elevator we couldn’t smell it. Another time there were dirty, gross hand prints dragged down the front of the elevator door that wasn’t cleaned until the next day. Also someone left a bag of trash by the elevator door as well on our floor that wasn’t picked up until later that evening. Another time food was left out just laying in the hallway. No plate or container. Just food tossed across the carpet on the 3rd floor. I don’t know what guests were staying there but they weren’t respectful of the property.

No bugs, easy access to things. Convenience of bed and room layout, TV for kids and adults, double and queen bed as well as sofa bed.

There wasn't a breakfast, room had an odor but was manageable. There was also a worn feel to things but was clean. Had some scribbles on the lampshade. No double access to bathroom, double and sofa bed occupants had to go through queen bedroom to get to bathroom.

The manager David Moore was extremely helpful in resolving an issue that came up. He has exceptional customer service skills and we will definitely stay at that property again because of this.

I feel that as customer that is currently staying at the property there should be a system in place that somehow checks with us to confirm whether we are staying over extending our stay or if we are checking out before allowing the hotel to be completely booked. I feel that since we are already there we should have first choice instead of us having to up and leave and finding somewhere else to go.

Room was large, separate sleeping areas. Kitchenette was very cost effective for our 4 night stay. Free laundry facilities (just bring soap). Everything was really clean.

Our room was in the front of the hotel, so we had to hear the noisy highway all night. If you stay here we recommend staying at the back of the hotel. Our third floor hallway didn’t smell great like the lobby.

7/31/23 We had a room with a full size bed and sleeper couch in the living room so the kids could have their own bed and my husband and I cld close the door on our room so his snoring didn't disrupt the kids. Was super clean and 8 mins from Dallas Love where we had to fly out of early. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the space was. I am very picky so take my word it was a safe stay.

Our room was by the pool so there was a little noise but not bad. We were able to sleep fine. The halls were stuffy but not dirty.

It was nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The workout room was exceptionally clean as was the room. I actually chose it originally because of the $10 pet fee. I am no longer going to stay in hotels with an absurd pet fee. Loved the fridge with an ice maker!!

Even though there was a recliner in the room, there was no way to position it to sit in it to watch TV.

My favorite part of the whole stay was the DOVE body wash. I wanted to talk to someone there about buying some..lol. But we also loved the home feeling of our room.

We hated our bed. Think it was a full definitely not a Queen. So I woke up with pain from trying to fit comfortably on the bed with my husband. Next night my husband slept on the pull out bed and I slept alone on the bed in the room. Sad about that as we are fairly newly weds.

Receptionists are nice and helpful. Gym was ok. Location was good and with the car very easy to get to downtown and airport.

Smell in the room.Once you get into the room strong smell comes out.Need renovation.Could be cheaper considering they don’t provide breakfast
