The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked a little too well, but I was able to adjust the temp to my liking. Also, this location was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable, and so was the shower. I had considered staying another night because of how comfortable the room was.

Having come from overseas prior to arrival, I was used to getting a complimentary bottle of water in the room. It was a little disappointing that that didn't happen. Also, at check-in, I was told breakfast was served until 1000, but when I came downstairs at 0930, the food was being taken away. Fortunately, I arrived in the nick of time to grab a bite. It wasn't half bad, either. However, overall, my stay was a great experience.

I love the central location it wasn’t far from the place we needed to go to. The beds were comfy. What I enjoyed most is the microwave in the room and the breakfast in the room. Although we didn’t get a chance to swim or try out the jacuzzi or the gym, I love that amenity within the hotel bc it’s something to do for the whole family.

What I didn’t like was the toilet seat in our room was extremely loose I almost fell off when I initially sat down. I had to be very careful because it would swivel a LOT. I mentioned to front desk and stated it would be best if he tries fix it while we are here (we were heading out for dinner), or wait until morning for maintenance guy. But of course when we got back, I just decided to deal with and not worry about it. That was the only complaint I had for our 1 night stay.

Transportation to the airport was available. The transportation driver was Great! We really enjoyed the atomsphere he presented and the conversation/engagement we recieved. We had an early flight out so we were unable to eat breakfast. The room was clean and descent. The bathroom was not great.

Front desk clerk was not as friendly as the driver. He seemed irrated to work. Schedule a pick up for the am. He was not happy about that and when I asked a question it was a short answer under his breath so very hard to hear. I figured it was just me. So, when I had my husband go down to ask for a towel we were shorted in the room he also gave him attitude. Then told him he would send one up. I got tired of waiting so we just shared a towel. The towel request never arrived. The bathroom lock placement was wrong so it would not lock or latch. Scented vape or smoke was present in hallway and in elevator.

The beds, pillows and blankets were very comfy. They had good TV channels, the hotel was quiet, the blackout curtains were awesome, upgraded AC ubit, indoor pool we didn't have time to check out but woohoo cool. We had a late evening flight and the hotel concierge was happy to accommodate us with an extended check out time.

A couple things were broken inside the room the gym was under maintenance. There was only 1 waffle maker for breakfast so I had to wait a long time to make any.

One of the newest hotels in eastern Dallas, affordable, fresh rooms and Walmarkt only a 10 mins walk away.

Environmental not considered at all. Breakfast was served on thick styrofoam/plastic film plates together with thick plastic forks and knifes. The same with the coffe cups. It felt weird as a european to eat thee slices of bacon on such a plate and just throw it away. Really sad for such a modern place not to serve breakfast on normal machinewashable china. Also there are NO fruits/vegitables on the breakfast which drags down the end grade but in general a nice place.

Close to the airport. Gym. Pool. Decent rooms for the price. Bedding good. Mattresses and pillows need updates. Bathroom mirror awesome. Nespresso machine in room

Breakfast was sub par. Served on styrofoam plates. Are people Really still using that toxic stuff? Eggs were good but potatoes were frozen and weird texture and taste. Bacon was unrecognizable as meat. I had to spit it out. Waffle machine and some pre packaged muffins. Ah well….

Hotel was so close to the airport. According to family, breakfast was very good with great coffee. There were many helper in the morning to clean tables for the next person. Their hot tub and swimming pool were open & clean. Very secure area with iron fence all the way around the premises. WiFi works.

Our bathroom sink and bath tub were clogged. The hotel was on a one way frontage road: restaurant were nearby but have to drive out of the way to return. The hot tub was warm.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. There was also additional seating available (chair & office chair/desk). There was a hot breakfast offered to include waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes as well as a toaster. Day time staff were a lot friendlier than the man working the e being shift.

I don’t know who set the alarm to go off at 4:30am but being woken up from a dead sleep for an alarm that you didn’t set is jarring. The lotion, shampoo are tiny and there was a smell when you got off the elevator but thankfully it wasn’t in the room. The night employee wasn’t the friendliest.

The hotel decor was nice, looked updated. The room was clean, breakfast was good. The shuttle taking us to Dallas headquarters was an unexpected and most pleasant surprise! The bed pillows were a bit hard for my taste.

One gentleman at the desk was not very friendly. He did what you asked of him, but not either a smile or any pleasantries. Could maybe use some better quality paper plates for breakfast. You need to use 3 or 4 of them to carry a little bit of eggs back to the table…which if you’re trying to save money with inexpensive paper plates and the guests are using 4 or 4 just to be able to make it back to the table…are you really sarving and is that the image you’re going for?

The breakfast was a nice hot breakfast could be more choices of flavors of yogurt it was strawberry bannana yogurt and not a fan of bannana and a suggestion when you are staying for more than one dat it would be nice to have a different variety in hot food example one day bacon maybe next day sausage and change up potatoes one day potato squares and maybe the next time hash browns other than that everything was nice and hot
