Breakfast was delicious-a bit of a variety each day. Room was clean and spacious. Security in the parking lot-not a dangerous place, just someone watching over things.

We had problems with a TV remote but that's nothing in the grand scheme of things. There are several people who seem to live in this hotel or are on an extremely extended stay (it is close to hospitals) but we never had a problem with that.

Very clean, spacious rooms, convenient location

No housekeeping every day. We have stayed at this property many times and it was disappointing to only have housekeeping every 3rd day. There is a sign in the bathroom that we can ask to have someone come in and refresh but we were not told that at check in. If you want clean towels you have to take your old ones to the front desk and exchange. They were out of wash cloths twice when I asked.

I loved this place. It felt like we were being welcomed home with how nice the lobby and the breakfast area looked. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite. So spacious. So clean.

Maintenance. Maybe more of a cosmetic complaint. The ceiling had paint coming off, it's like the popcorn ceiling layer, right by an air vent. It was hanging from the ceiling. And there were two huge stains on the floor as you left the room. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The property is beautiful, and the breakfast was a step above the competition.

The front desk telling us that you had no towels. Then he asked for my room number, and I replied 402. He said no, we don't have any towels. We had already turned in our towels, and we had to use a sheet to dry off with. Why did he want my room number and then tell me again that no, he had no towels. Wet and dripping.

Staff was amazing, friendly & helpful. couldn’t ask for better staff. the location was great. Easy access to all of our destinations. The pool was extremely clean and loved the security fencing around it. very relaxing.

the only thing is I know the hotel is dated and furniture is showing age/use and stained. a refresh of paint and new furniture is really all I could suggest.

The suite was absolutely amazing exceeded our expectations we where not at all expecting what we got! It was also our first time staying at a Homewood Suites it is definitely one of our favs now! As long as we can get the same room each time!

I did not like the fact that there was not a shuttle to the airport even though it was advertised as there was one.

The front desk staff was awesome and helpful!! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room had a full kitchen and a livingroom, which was comfortable, as well! We LOVED the showerhead in the bathroom!! They were the best showers we've ever had!! We had booked a room for only one night with the intention of staying elsewhere for our 2nd night, as we wanted to stay in a different area of Dallas to see the city, but we decided to stay at Homewood Suites the 2nd night due to the amenities. We'd stay there again, business or pleasure!!

Well we were on the 7th floor and the AC wasn’t cool. 79 degrees was too hot to sleep. So if you stay don’t let them put you on the 7th floor in the summer. But we did get a different room the second night and it was nice and cool. The beds aren’t comfortable. But the staff was very nice.

Clean and nice. Room was spacious and noise was not a problem.

Was charged to park (not a worry) just wasn't told there was a charge.

The rooms were nice and clean, so was the hotel. I loved the breakfast offerings. Great location. I had special requests for my room location and they obliged happily. Courteous staff.
