the kitchen staff for breakfast. whoever was stocking the fridge full of yogurt and juice gave me a dirty look when I was getting 4 yogurts and 4 juice as well as 4 muffins etc. (for my FOUR kids-as they were sleeping). I didn’t want to wake them up and bring them all down to the breakfast area as they’re 9,8,6, and 2 and make a lot of noise and are loud…. When I came back to get my food, she was staring at me and watching me like a hawk and she wrote and put a sign on the fridge that says (limit to 2 per person)… I wouldn’t take more than one to begin with but she made me feel some type of way either way. also there was no tv guide with which channels were which.

I didn't get to stay due to me calling in advance to make sure one was available. After finding out booing a reservation and paying for it, making it there and saying he couldn't find it, showing him my confirmation and welcoming email for that hotel. He stated you need to call whoever you made your reservation through, but you can pay for a room with him because we do have some rooms available . Wow

I really liked the location, cost, and breakfast and complementary coffee. Most importantly, I appreciate that the deposit is only taken off the card, IF the room is let in poor condition. No waiting for a return policy.

The smell of weed in the hallway, found one really big roach in the hallway, and not being able to take my breakfast to the room, and the water pressure was wimpy it needed to be harder

Great staff, felt safe and was very clean.

Not the hotels fault but some guest are just rude and loud, the staff was very accommodating in this situation!

Housekeeping didn't come after the first night. Request was made at the front desk. Also there was no phone present in the room to make calls, thank God for cell phones. The cleanliness in the room wasn't the best. Lamp shades were extremely dirty & there was blood splatter on the water in the bathroom.

Their was an alcoholic last time we went that was running around like superman with bedsheets around her neck it was very engaging I rate 10/10 for entertainment. the room was good too

They kicked th homless alcoholic out of hotel

The breakfast was fine....pretty much what a hotel would serve. It was fresh and had plenty of choices!!! 👍

One elevator was not working....but the other one was working....sooo...it was fine.

I really Enjoyed your Breakfast setup!! You had a great amount of choices, and warm items to make a breakfast complete! I’ll be staying with you guys— Definitely, in the future!

The vending machine was out of bottled water, but I guess you have no control of that; since it is owned by a separate company. Thank you.

I always stay here because it’s driving distance to my in-laws house.

Didn’t have enough towels in the room for d time we stayed. Rooms need to b cleaner, carpets shampooed and furnished cleaned.
