The location and shuttle every 1/2 hr made very convenient because I needed to board a plane early the next morning. It was also easy to check in and out. The facilities were very clean and sound proof so I felt comfortable and slept well. The bartender that put in a salad order for me provided excellent service.

There was a frig but no microwave, which I needed but may have overlooked when reading the amenities when I booked the room. Because there was no microwave I opted to go to the down stairs restaurant. I saw there was a bar but it wasn’t clear to me this was where I order food, I felt a bit awkward figuring out what to do. I have to say, the bar tender who took my order made it easy and was very polite. Also, although the staff at the front desk did answer my questions, they could have been a little more friendly. I was in town for my Sister’s memorial service feeling emotional and this was my first time at this hotel, I was confused about a couple of things, being less business like and not assuming I knew where the restaurant is for instance, would have been helpful.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean. We needed a few more toiletries and the front desk made it a quick pick-up.

We had an unpleasant smell as soon as we walked into our room and each time we left the room and returned, it had that same smell. We sprayed some room spray but it didn't help.

Very clean, layout of room was nice bed was comfortable. Temperature of room was good. Liked we could sign into our Netflix account.

Parking!! the spaces were too small and not enough parking. I had rented a car and needed to park to fly out the next morning and it was not good at all.

We paid to park at this location for 12 days and needed an early shuttle to airport and this provided all this exceptionally well.

Shower head way to high and the turn on valve under the shower head, so you get a cold shower before it heats up, don't like to start off with a cold shower, other than that all was good.

Room and breakfast was good

I was over charged. I was charged for a 4 night stay but I only stayed for 3 nights. I've tried to get this resolved but no one seems to be able to help me thus far.

Great location to Love Field. Would have rated Value as "5 Stars" but charging $17 to park my car was not what I expected. Other locations do not charge to park.

Paying for breakfast and parking you would think after coming here for 4 years straight and paying $200 for one night breakfast would be included however paying $17 for parking is ridiculous and on top of that the parking is limited

The location is perfect for travel out of Love Field. The rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable.

The price seems a bit steep for what seems like a fly in fly out hotel. Even though the rooms are clean the condition needs better upkeep. There is paint needed. General repairs such as the sliding door in our room was off the track.

Room was perfect, stuff were cind and nice, location- good. Even hotel located near airport I didn't hear any sound in my room.

The property looks really great and clean. Located very close to Love Field airport. Nevertheless, we didn't hear the noise of the planes taking off or landing.

They were making reparations on the floor of the Lobby, and the works were extremely noise. The elevators were not working properly and didn't climb up to the eight floor. The air conditioning unit in the room worked in a very odd way. When you turned it off, the unit would spill out hot air for more than 2 minutes and the fan kept working and never stoped. The maintenance person said that this is the proper way to work. Strange
