We booked this hotel for the night of our wedding so we could take the shuttle to the hotel in the morning. We had let them know we were coming from our wedding when we booked, and when we got there that night we found out that they had bumped us up from the normal king bed room we bought to a full suite and had left us a congratulations note along with some chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. It was a very nice gesture and was an amazing way to finish off our wedding day. Breakfast in the morning was also very delicious and the shuttle was quick and the driver was nice. It was the best one night stay possible.

Great quiet room, even with elevator close by and lots of Love Field flights right over the hotel. Great shower and bathroom and very comfortable bed.

Front desk staff were unenthusiastic and never explained that the $20 for self-parking was included in the room rate. Also gave cursory explanation about how to get in and out of lot. Room did not have microwave as stated online. Restaurant food was okay, but gosh, some seasoning on the burgers would sure be an improvement! Hotel did not honor our online request to not be near elevators.

Everything was wonderful. The location is right at the airport, so it is very convenient. The room was big and very clean. The staff was warm and welcoming and even had a meat and cheese plate with a glass of wine waiting in our room after we returned from exploring, with a personalized note thanking us for staying with them!

Everything was great, but a little overpriced. This could be due to the eclipse event, but $400 a night is too much. And this price did not include breakfast

I liked the clean room and facilities. The food in restaurant was good but the bartender seemed to struggling with the new software that was being installed. No harm - he was nice.

Upon checkout the person at the front desk seemed to very upset about something. I needed to take care of a few things before I completed my check out and she seem to be very put off and bothered that I needed to add my Hilton account.

Location just because I took the Vonlane bus, which arrives and departure from this location. It is also next to the LOve Field airport - handy if flying SouthWest Airlines. The breakfast was really good and complete. The lunch and dinner menu were also very tasty with large dishes. The menu has plenty of options.

The shower door does not properly close, wetting the entire bathroom floor. Hotel is a bit pricy.

Convenience and the "freshness" of the room.

The receptionist ... her computer needed to reboot, but she literally just stood there huffing and puffing, as opposed to saying: Ma'am, I'm so sorry, but computer is rebooting, let's move to another desk. Also, her uniform was grubby

The room and the services were amazing. Everything screamed “relax”. Even the room service was quite nice

The front desk receptionist were not friendly and they actually were sniggering when I requested an invoice because they didn’t know the word “invoice” which is like… their fault not knowing the word??

The hotel was very nice, better than most at the same price point (though note that I booked one day before, so maybe got an unusual rate). The rooms were clean and modern, the bathrooms were high-end, and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't included.

The property had all the facilities I needed to attend the seminar of interest.

The room I stayed in did not have up-to-date computer connections.

I travel a lot and found this hotel great on all aspects. Very clean, good location, amazing friendly staff, comfortable rooms, beds and pillows were great.
