The staff that prepared our breakfast were amazing! The food was delicious as well.

I felt that the clerk at the front that took care of our check-in was not the friendliest with me. She was very abrupt and juat handed me the flyer with all the hotel information. I witnessed her treat the customer before and after me with the utmost respect and friendliness. In other words, her treatment towards me made me feel as I she was being racist, being that I am Hispanic and the other customers were white. I don't normally say anything, because I felt that this time it needed to be said. Other then that, the rest of your hotel staff was great!

We arrvied around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, woke up Wednesday and requested maid service (per the sign on the mirror in the bathroom). At 3:00 when we returned our room had not been cleaned. Went to the front desk and was told by the staffer that I needed to give a "24 Hour" notice. No where does it say that and I told him, not to mention, the lady I spoke with when requesting, never informed me of it. He said he would request again but that it was not guaranteed. We returned after dinner and our room was nicely cleaned. I am glad it worked out but he needs to be advised that is incorrect. You don't tell customers that there is a "24 Hour" notice to have your room cleaned. Never heard of that one!!

Everyone was very nice. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was great. The evening reception was nice. Location was good for what we were doing. Only about 15-20 minutes from downtown. If im in Dallas again, I will definitely be staying here.

Pillows were down alternative. They were way too soft for my liking, no support. The mattress was a little hard. I'm used to my Sleep Number bed, so most beds are too hard.

The breakfast and Happy Hours were fantastic. The rooms were comfy and you couldn’t hear the airport noise at all. The towels were thick and fluffy

The beds were a bit too firm for us and the sheet were a bit rough.

Thomas, the shuttle driver, was very helpful. I followed him to Budget (in my rented car). I returned it. He waited for me and drove me back toe the hotel. This was very helpful. We had a nice conversation on our way back to the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that you charged me for parking $16, which was not revealed when I made my reservation. also, i was in an adjoining room and could hear them through the door as if they were in my room.

The staff was nice and the rooms was clean and what I loved the most was the happy hour you guys off I think it's a good idea to get the guest out the rooms and mingle

Comfortable, stylish and convenient to where I needed to be early in the morning since I was driving to airport an hour away and did not want to drive during the night if I were to leave at 5 am to arrive.

The staff was extremely helpful at checkin. I had dinner the restaurant The food and wait staff were exceptional. I had to leave early the next morning so I didn’t have breakfast. The shuttle service was very efficient

You need to specify that the “airport shuttle” does not serve DFW! For folks who are not familiar with Dallas, it was not clear so we had to rent a car at the last minute! 🤬
