I really like how Ricky was very friendly. He’s the hotel desk manager. He got me checked in very quickly. I stayed about two weeks and didn’t have any issues. The area is nice and it’s quiet. The hotel is kind of private. I definitely suggest if you’re looking for a cheaper, stay but still nice

Everything was great for what I needed. It was clean. Smelled clean. Bed clean. Comfortable.

It was loud. The neighbors was banging around. I could hear some kid running around late into the night. I didnt complain cause I was just trying to sleep. Bot the facilities fault but still annoying.

I loved everything especially the staff. The night manager seemed to be about 23 or 25 but was so kind. He upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel and sent water at midnight. Too. The room was like 2 rooms with a table and a sofa. There were 2 sets of french doors from the bedroom to the other area. Beautiful. Finally they only changes the same rate for all 3 nights. It was in a very interesting and safe area of Dallas. That manager I will never forget ever.

I liked my room setup. It was clean as it could be.

It has terrible parking. I struggled to find parking according to my in and out needs. It also smelled heavily of marijuana both in the hall and inside my room. Not a fan. And even though I had a non smoking room it smelled a bit like someone smoked in there.

The location was convenient to Dallas love airport which was the reason for our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Our dog was welcome in the room with us.

The hallways were dirty. When we checked out, two prostitutes were exiting the motel and then waited on the sidewalk for the ride to pick them up.

The smell of cleaning chemicals as soon as i walked in the lobby. Yes, the location is a bit dated but its kept clean. In Suite Spa tub was the bomb!!! So relaxing after a 12 hr drive for me and the hubby. Also brought along my dog, the hotel was pet friendly. Just added it to the reservation.

The employees were great they been great since I been staying there for like a month everything was great.

I didn't like when I booked the hotel on booking the room was supposed to be 350 for the week for a smoking room but I got there I paid 1 night for 70 non smoking then came back the next day cuz they told me they would have a room which was cool but they didn't I paid like 380 for a smoking room and I was told it would be the same price which was 350 but other than that it was great stay.

Did NOT like the $100 pet deposit, BUT I appreciate it being refundable, and I did find the rooms clean, so thank you. There were a few questionable people in the parking lot at night.

Charged me $20 for an early check in. I rent there at least once per month. Have gotten an early check in before with no additional charge but was this time. If the room is already clean I don’t see why I need to pay extra if im a regular customer.

I love this motel every time I'm in this area I prefer to stay at this motel the staff is wonderful The rooms are super big and the beds are super comfy,
