I like that we were with our family and we felt safe.

I didn’t care for the breakfast. It ends at 9:30 and one morning we decided to get up at 9 and we got there at 9:15 and the pancake machine was off. When I asked the lady what time they turn it off she said 9:30 . Keep in mind I got there before 9:30 and it was off.

The entire facility was clean and quiet- even though the hotel appeared full and had many families with children. The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly, particularly the weekend afternoon/evening staff. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a microwave,refrigerator and coffee maker. This was especially helpful because we had an early morning flight and were able to keep breakfast refrigerated. The breakfast on Sundays was good with many options and the parking free. The surroundings were pretty and there are many restaurants close by. There is also a nice pool

There was 2 night workers that were very welcoming and actually help us out in what we needed , besides that the room was very spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was very nice and attentive to what we needed and were very nice and kind.

2 front desk women , one named Ana and another front desk women were very rude and racist towards me and my family , they made us feel unwelcome during our stay and made it difficult to ask questions.

Had everything we needed for a semi budget hotel. My son loved the pool, my wife liked the comfortable beds. We were only passing through Dallas on the way to NZ for a couple of days to break up the long journey so had no car. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Recommend the seafood buffet place, all you can eat $16 adult, $10 child. My son loves sushi and ate until he was about to pop. Must say not much to do in Dallas though so will hire a car if I ever come this way again.

I'll say breakfast. You pay for breakfast as extra and I've had better. Not much variety and not great quality. If I was staying for a few more days I'd probably start going somewhere else for my morning meal. OK if you are just passing through though.

We stayed with 2 adults, 1 teen, and 2 toddlers for 1 night. The room was clean and accommodated everyone well. There were alot of options for breakfast. There was something for everyone. The indoor pool was nice. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

The food warmers could be a little hotter. We ate breakfast around 6:30 am and it was barely warm. Or maybe have a microwave in the breakfast area.

Love how I showed up earlier than instead. The staffer on hand was willing to work with me on not getting overcharged, and the room I was given was clean.

The only thing that I found hard to figure out is the fan for the bathroom. That and the safe did not work. I was unsure if you had to pay extra for the use of it or not.

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean, comfortable and the location was in a decent area close to the freeway. I normally don't use hotel products but this hotel used all Dove body essentials which was a plus for my family so we didn't have to buy any. I will definitely book here again in the future!

The breakfast was exceptional. Room and other facilities were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

They had trouble finding my reservation which took several minutes. I never got an explanation as to why. However, they finally found it and all was good after that.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, good size for our family of four, we love the shower because it has good pressure, very good breakfast with many options and all the staff was so kind, We asked for extra towels and they gave it to us without problems, overall it was a good experience and we definitely recommend it

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
