I like that we were with our family and we felt safe.

I didn’t care for the breakfast. It ends at 9:30 and one morning we decided to get up at 9 and we got there at 9:15 and the pancake machine was off. When I asked the lady what time they turn it off she said 9:30 . Keep in mind I got there before 9:30 and it was off.

There was 2 night workers that were very welcoming and actually help us out in what we needed , besides that the room was very spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was very nice and attentive to what we needed and were very nice and kind.

2 front desk women , one named Ana and another front desk women were very rude and racist towards me and my family , they made us feel unwelcome during our stay and made it difficult to ask questions.

Had everything we needed for a semi budget hotel. My son loved the pool, my wife liked the comfortable beds. We were only passing through Dallas on the way to NZ for a couple of days to break up the long journey so had no car. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Recommend the seafood buffet place, all you can eat $16 adult, $10 child. My son loves sushi and ate until he was about to pop. Must say not much to do in Dallas though so will hire a car if I ever come this way again.

I'll say breakfast. You pay for breakfast as extra and I've had better. Not much variety and not great quality. If I was staying for a few more days I'd probably start going somewhere else for my morning meal. OK if you are just passing through though.

We stayed with 2 adults, 1 teen, and 2 toddlers for 1 night. The room was clean and accommodated everyone well. There were alot of options for breakfast. There was something for everyone. The indoor pool was nice. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

The food warmers could be a little hotter. We ate breakfast around 6:30 am and it was barely warm. Or maybe have a microwave in the breakfast area.

Despite the hotel being located near an airport, the room was extremely quiet at night. The area surrounding the hotel had numerous restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. I read others reviews and they were helpful in selecting this hotel. The interstate was close by as well, but again, you didn't hear it in the room. The breakfast was excellent-omletes, turkey and pork sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and the other regular items. The breakfast staff kept the food coming and cleaned while they worked. Would highly recommend this hotel.

If it were possible to keep the breakfast food warmer, that would be my only recommendation!

Our room was very clean, comfortable, good size for our family of four, we love the shower because it has good pressure, very good breakfast with many options and all the staff was so kind, We asked for extra towels and they gave it to us without problems, overall it was a good experience and we definitely recommend it

The bedroom was really clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff from the breakfast was really friendly, also the breakfast was really good, I was surprised to find a lot of options and everything was delicious :)

The receptionist at night wasn’t really friendly and looked angry when asked some questions, receiving bad looks from her

It was a great experience. The staff was nice and it was easy to find. The room was very clean and comfy would definitely stay again. The only problem I had were the people around us did a lot of banging throughout the night but other than that we had a great stay.

Great location and easy access to entertainment, shopping and restaurants. The hotel provided Dove products in the room. They also provide toothpaste and toothbrushes upon request. The Wi-Fi connection worked with no issue. I was able to remote into work with no problems. Breakfast was good. The menu includes: pancakes, Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, cheese or veggie omelettes, turkey sausage patties, pork sausage links, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal bar, oatmeal bar, bagels, muffins, toast, coffee bar and your typical breakfast beverages.

The stay was great and clean. Our room was a large size. The area had great restaurants and clubs in walking distance. If you like to do things like that. The staff were awesome as we checked in, and check out was great.
