The pool was actually open when it said it would be. The front desk was helpful and professional when we checked in and when we left. Both guys made it easy to check in and check out. The guests were equally friendly, also traveling with kids, and it was great that our kids had time to make a quick connection.

The hotel was located next to some kind of venue and a strip club, so the traffic, in addition to the fact that is located next the freeway in construction mode, made traffic horrible and it was hard to leave and get little items we needed. The good thing is that it's located so far down the street, that you miss all the noise, and they have quiet hours. Some rough spots on the walls and fixtures that could use a remodel, and less paint.

I liked the pool and hot tub, both downstairs and in my room. Breakfast was great the first day, not so good the second. I think the eggs and sausage were reheated from the day before. Coffee was great and strong though. Room and bed were very clean and smelled good.

I could be wrong but I believe the cook recycled the eggs from the day before instead of making fresh ones. I feel this way because I saw him bring out fresh eggs one day and then the next the eggs had that (been made 24 hrs ago) tinge to it.

Such friendly staff The elevator took a while to go up and down but I used the stairs. It was a very pretty hotel. The room did have a odor but other than that it was super clean and comfortable beds.

The hot tub was a little dirty but not crazy disgusting. The room had an odor but it wasn't super gross just odd.

I just needed a room to sleep, I arrived late and woke up early. I appreciated the breakfast included in the price. Nice staff. Not too many cars driving in that area at night makes for pretty silent nights.

The cleanliness could have been slightly better, but it was more than enough for my stay.

I can say everything was great and my husband loved our room cause he could see the planes. Also, the manager on duty that was on duty when we checked in was very courteous.

If for breakfast there could of been some eggs, grits or meat to eat too cause that’s what my husband wanted for breakfast.

The hotel was quite, clean and convenient., right off the major highway I-35.

The free breakfast had no breakfast meats, such as no sausage,bacon, nor eggs,otherwise, the food that was available was fresh and the breakfast area was clean. The location is good, it's right off hwy 35, lots of closed business on each side and some construction going on.

The price and for the area being what it is...how decent the room was.

The area that it's in and the small run down things in the room that should be kept up. Also the wet musty smell in the room and the stains on the towels.

This hotel was everything I wanted and needed from the indoor pool and spa to the microwave and fridge in the room!

The drink vending machine was empty that's literally the worst thing I have to say about this hotel

The staff s flexibility to work with you and make your check in and your state comfortable relaxing and worry-free they deserve a raise they were very professional

I couldn't stay longer

It was very clean place not run down at all. It wasn't in the best of neighborhoods but I felt very safe there parking lot was well lit

Everything was actually fine I had no complaints about any of it
