The property was very nice

The property had a smell to it the pillows were kind of smelly

We won’t be staying anywhere else when we come visit DFW. We used to live in the area and since we’ve moved we looked at a lot of places to stay when we visit. This is by far the safest nicest most centrally located place in DFW for us. It’s clean, the parking well lit, and safe. The staff for the most part were incredibly accommodating worked hard to make it a warm comfortable environment. Without breaking the bank you get all the amenities and aesthetics of a 5 star hotel, It’s easy on and off the interstate but not so close that it’s all you hear and the “lake” was a pretty nice touch! And with the Hilton app you can check in and out without ever saying a word to anyone and even get your key digitally!

Some of the staff were less than friendly, and the “lake view” also included “all the air conditioners and dumpsters view” as well

Facilities, strong wifi, big bathroom, comfortable beds, cooling is great, quiet,next to a river, bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer. Easy check in & out.

Limited no.of towels, pillows smelled of old sweat, ur seemed like these were not changed/washed between guests. Microwave is only available at ground floor.

The breakfast was really good and portions were worth the cost. Staff in breakfast area were on top of keeping customers needs taken care of. Check in staff were over the moon helpful with whatever needed to be answered and so friendly. All that was missing was the red carpet. LOL

The bartender was very rude that night. After we came back to hotel after Texas Rangers game it was rough 10 pm the reception said they were still serving food until 11 pm. My husband & I dropped of things off & came back to bar at this time it was 10:08 pm & the bartender rudely made us aware her cook was gone home. The brochure on the bar stated it closes at 11 pm dinner. She rudely said again no & mumbled something else. My husband & I then got up & she walked behind us to fuss at the reception who looked confused. It was really unprofessional

Clean, friendly staff, good location. 5 starts for the breakfast staff that was always available to help, specially Milagro!!!

The AC was so cold that made it uncomfortable to be in the room and inside the hotel. Even with the AC off in the room was cold and unpleasant.

The staff were so nice. The room was clean and comfy. The food was also tasty. I like the variety of food they offer, especially for the breakfast buffet. The facilities are also nice for people to enjoy throughout the day.

The location was Great. It was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. The lobby was really nice and clean.

The pillows were little uncomfortable. The staff were not attentive. They didn’t speak when we walked in. They had their heads down on their phones. There was not that many channels on the tv to watch.

The location of the hotel was really good. And the park that is right behind it was beautiful. Perfect for a morning walk. Emanuel, on the front desk, was friendly, helpful, and overall a great host. Also, the cookies that they give you at the check in. Soooo good!

The pool was nice. The staff was welcoming. I accidentally booked a room that I did not want. I meant to book a balcony, and although it was my mistake, they went ahead and changed our room. It was a great experience.

The balcony was a little small but not that big of a deal.
