The lobby area was so pretty I like the grassy backdrop & the guy who gets your bags for you was nice. The staff was super friendly too and the hotel was very clean. The hotel was the perfect distance from all the activities we did!

I wish we had a microwave but we used the one downstairs. We also brought our Roku to watch tv but the volume couldn’t be adjusted it was sooo loud! So we just watched regular tv. & sometimes we had to park in the parking garage, & anyone can enter the double doors late at night, even without a hotel key.

I loved the bed, I felt like I received a great night's sleep when I was staying at the hotel and wish I didn't have to go back home as I'm always tossing and turning to find a comfortable position. lol. I also have a husky and a husband that also occupies the bed so that meant for hair and getting kicked in the middle of the night. Having a bed all to myself was definitely worth it. Though I am very much happy to be back with my fur child. I also liked the staff and the lobby of the hotel. I didn't get to explore much of it due to it raining almost that entire week and would've loved to go to the pool, it was a very pleasant experience. I also loved the room service; it isn't very often that I get to do that but that was very exciting.

I feel like the bathroom could use a little updating. The tub that was in my room had rust spots on the metal of the drain and there was a lot of discolouration on the inside of the tub that had noticeable white paint painted over some spots but not everywhere. I would also love to start seeing the handheld shower handles in hotels. It's honestly a little surprising that hotels haven't adapted to having those in the showers. I'm unsure of what the ADA rooms have for their showers, they don't have to be expensive either, just simple handheld shower heads would have made the stay a lot better, at least in regard to taking a shower anyway.

Parking is included in the stay and you can park anywhere. Not sure if this will change any time soon but it was super helpful as I was in a walking boot. Location to where I needed to go. My conference was in Downtown Dallas at the reunion tower. 20 min drive. Lots of light in the room and lamps that give off plenty of light.

Let me start off by saying that none of the things below should be deal breakers. They are super small things that I experienced. I would book again if I need a hotel in the area. The bed is really soft! So it you need a firm bed, just be prepared. I slept ok, not fanatic, but it did the job. I did wake up sore. The furniture I feel is older and not super comfy. The last thing i experienced was a weird smell in the room. I'm not sure if it's the cleaner they used, but it wasn't the best. I didn't ask for a new room. The worst smell was on the last day. It smelled like the sewer had backed up. Mention the last part to management when I checked out, and they said they would look into it. There was some maintenance on the water pipes during my visit and I am sure that was it.

I extremely satisfy with service, professionalism, friendliness, and hospitality. I would recommend friends, family, and business partners to stay the Renaissance Dallas North for future stay. Thank you for being a home away from home

need more restroom at the ground level floor and wheelchairs to assist individual(s) with disability. I was looking for a welcome package since my first visit at this Renaissance location. overall, I was please thanking you for being for me.

The staff was great and very friendly. The staff in the restaurant were super friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Our room was just perfect with a wonderful view for our honeymoon.

There was a bit of miscommunication when booking about extra expenses like the layablity which was not told before coming to the hotel. Also, I always check my rooms and there was a stain on the bedding so luckily got moved to a room with the room clean.

The hotel was right off the highway so easy to find. Staff was excellent. I had lost my keys in the restaurant and the waiter saved them for me. My whole trip would have been ruined if not for his quick thinking giving them to the front desk. The food was excellent also so we ate there several times.

The only thing I would have liked is a microwave in the room. I bought popcorn to have a movie and popcorn date with my husband in the room but no microwave. We stayed 4 nights so that would have been nice to warm up our leftovers also.

The room was spacious. I liked having a starbucks coffee in the morning and the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

The room had a weird smell upon entry, had some damage in the bathroom (bottom of door, side of sink and handle on toilet). Nothing that effected our stay but definitely looked worn. Hallway was very warm!

I truly appreciated the hotel’s cleanliness and focus on safety. I also loved that it’s the perfect getaway spot, offering everything you need, including a restaurant, pool, and bar area.

I was disappointed that neither the restaurant’s QR code nor phone number worked, forcing me to call the front desk to place an in-room breakfast order.

Fantastic hotel with great ambiance! The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Our booking included breakfast but when we got to breakfast they couldn’t give us the vouchers as our booking with booking.com didn’t include breakfast. The lady at the check in said she couldn’t do anything about it- ended up getting vouchers after speaking with the manager

Crystal at the front desk was so nice. She upgraded the room, gave us a drink voucher and free breakfast. the bed was comfy, spacious room with a seperate living area, clean, and amazing view from the twelfth floor. they sell Starbucks too.

Our room backed up to the elevator. we were still able to sleep well. The breakfast is over priced.
