The parking garage was conveniently close to the hotel (and covered). It smelled so good as soon as we walked in. The lady who checked us in was aware of mine and my sisters same last names so she kindly put us in rooms that were in close proximity to each other. This location was close enough to our event venue and family homes that we were visiting. Can’t wait to stay again!

Clean, good location, breakfast was decent, staff were helpful and nice.

Loud. The walls are very thin, and we can hear people talking in rooms next to us and above us. The doors slamming all around us at night made it hard to sleep before 1am. We can hear the water pipes unusually loudly when other rooms used the bathroom/shower.

The hotel was super clean and checking in and out was a breeze. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. Also the location is really great!

Our bed might have been above an ac unit which was making the bed vibrate during our stay. It wasn't really bad so it didn't really bother us. I did, however forget to mention it to the staff during our stay just in case someone else complains about it. Hopefully they see this and fix that problem in room 231.

The place was worth the price breakfast was really good and had variety, staff was nice room was spacious aswell as restroom.

Not smart tv it was just flat tv I couldn’t find a way to put Netflix for kids or YouTube everything was like blocked. and they did take a while to bring a baby crib I had to request 3 times

Everything, for the most part, is a clean comfortable environment. The staff and breakfast were amazing, If I came back to Texas I would stay at this hotel again. I enjoyed my walk by the lake.

My stay was too short

Great location and service! 15 minute drive from the airport and just minutes from I-35

Entrance was a little confusing, could use better signage as the front entrance doesn’t face the street but the freeway.

The hotel was super clean and updated. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was yummy. The location felt very safe.

There was no secure wifi network. It was a little farther away from main shopping areas than anticipated.

Staff was super nice! Pool was cleaner than the more expensive hotel we just left. The breakfast was bomb! The beds were comfy I slept well. The dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and make up removers were nice. I expected this place to be a dump because of the price but it was for sure the best one we have stayed in so far. The breakfast had omelets, muffins, pancakes, bagels, as well as protein selections and fruit, juices, coffee, water. The works. I have zero complaints. The parking garage was super close and convenient and after 2 days of paying to park all over Dallas it was a great surprise. Will be coming back!

The breakfast was good and a good variety of food.

The TV remote did not have a sleep timer. I was on the second floor and the noise from the room above me was ridiculous. When they took a shower the pipes in my room (210) were very noisy. I wouldn't have had to set my alarm for 6 am, the shower did it for the alarm clock. The bed was very comfortable.

I was on a meeting by zoom close to the front desk and the lady start to use a vacuum cleaner i told her that i was on a meeting and she tol me that is her job to do that in that moment. So I have to move to the meeting room in the middle of my conference by zoom
