The Interior of the Hotel was beautiful I love the whole setup from the lounge to the bar even outside facilities around the pool would definitely say here again but next time I will book room as a little bit more closer to the Elevator being that I'm disabled And would definitely take advantage of all the beauty that's outside

Again it is just the walk to the room I didn't know that it would that far so next time I would definitely book a more disabled friendly room it wasn't their fault they didn't know and I didn't specify

I liked the location of my room. I am an actor & rehearsed in my room and was relieved that my room was huge but also where it was situated I shared no walls with any other guests so I didn’t have to worry about disturbing anyone.

The only things I didn’t like was that 2 of the 3 of the elevators weren’t working and my room was on the 6th floor and was in the farthest corner away from the front doors. There was no a/c in the hallway so it was pretty hot by the time I schlepped my luggage to the working elevator. Also, the nearest door to the parking lot by my room was locked and for emergency only. If I could’ve used that door to come & go I wouldn’t have been so hot & sweaty trying to go & come from my work.

Staff was excellent & exceptionally friendly & helpful. Facility was very clean.

Public areas were nice. The private areas - hallways & rooms were very dated & given a “cheap” facelift. Very poor craftsmanship in finishing caulking around toilets & doors (rm 124). Definitely needs to be modernized. The mattresses were very hard - needed more padding. Breakfast buffet was very limited. Needs a better spread of cereals, fresh fruits, yogurts & breads. Overall, private areas, made us feel we were at a cheap hotel & not to what we would have expected from such a major hotel chain.

Front desk staff was jovial and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Excellent bed. Value was excellent — a $200 room for $76 including taxes and fees. (Nice job, Booking.com!)

Can’t say much bad. I arrived at 11 pm and left at 8 the next morning. Didn’t eat breakfast. Room decor was a little garish — large plastic padded headboard (and desk chair) were covered in sparkly silver-covered plastic. I thought I might be staying at the Las Vegas Raiders’ preferred hotel in Dallas. Very comfortable, though.

I love this hotel! I've had several stays at this hotel when I'm traveling. It's always clean the staff is always friendly. I did have an issue with the elevator on the floor I was staying and when I voiced my concern the manager switched me to a different room without any hassle or hesitation!! It was outstanding customer service and concern for my safety!

In my opinion the furniture in the pool area could stand an upgrade to the couch covers. Other than that the hotel is fabulous!

Location , convenience, 4star appearance, space! The hotel honestly deserved more than what I paid for 3 nights, 2 family rooms on News Year’s Eve. Bf was just simple if you aren’t a heavy bf person but you can ask for more and pay separate. I recommend this hotel for business, leisure, big functions or weddings, parties, it deserves it. It’s beautiful!

The parking , didn’t seem secure, not enough light.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping was available. Breakfast was very good, and the bar drinks were excellent plus the bartender Rico was very attentive and personable. I recommend this hotel. Next time we’re in town I would stay there again.

One of the elevators was not working

We didn't eat breakfast. The room was fine and what we needed but it definitely needs more lighting. Also more mirrors. That would make it greater.

Comfort of the room was fine. The bed was comfy. Its definitely what we needed for a one night stay. Thank you for your southern hospitality.

Everything was nice. Deposit was reasonable. The staff was amazing. I would 100% stay here again!

The room didn't get as cold as I like so I felt overheated and one of the pillows had something on it which was probably a stain but I put it aside and used the other two pillows

Location and staff were superb. Nice room. Had an issue with the TV and they replaced it in 15 minutes.

The hotel could use some renovations.
