Loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The bed were super soft. Shower felt great

Breakfast wasn't good at all. The eggs & sausage need an upgrade. Took a few bites but did not finish. The oranges looked a bit old. Overall just redo the breakfast & it would be a 5 star in my opinion.

Only one entrance, which was not close to parking. Side door was not accessible by key, but was left open by rock which I thought made the hotel unsafe

The tea selection is very nice. The fruit and yogurt were good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The breakfast sausage and eggs were not great and the bagel was stale. The barn door on the bathroom is terrible. It does not close adequately so others cannot see in and it is noisy.

The only remark I make is the lack of a water fountain. Not even the gym room has a water fountain. Guests are forced to buy a bottles of water at the reception. It’s been the first hotel I visited without access to a water fountain. As far as I know, at least the room dedicated to the gym must have one. There was no cable TV available for the major media outlets such as CNN and FOX.

The manager Lisa Patel and the new girl she was training went above and beyond as far as customer service. We had a small issue when arrived but they took care of right away. Was new and modern style. Slept like a baby. I defiantly will stay again in future.

Clean room with good kitchen facilities. Good size fridge. Great that we could use extra cooking appliances if needed.

I’ve stayed here several times. Close to events and great hotel. Staff is wonderful! Clean, big rooms. Good breakfast too!

Breakfast was good. The hotel was quiet, and there was minimal traffic. Security cameras made me feel safe.
